[Resolved]  patta transfer application — Delayed for survey & transfer of patta

My father had purchased a land on 1961, He also verified all the legal information required for purchasing of the land. There were no legal issues. So he had decided to buy the land and had agreement with the land owner and done all legal paper works.

Later we were waiting for the patta transfer, but around 3 years back we i had gave an complaint to the collector on the greviances days came to know through the thasildhar office that the patta got transfer on the land owner’s son’s name (from father’s name to son’s name). Looks like the land owner’s son request patta transfer only for the land which belongs to him not for the one sold to us, but the officers by mistakenly did the patta transfer of the land we bought also. Now the land owner’s son turned against to us and he is saying that land is belongs to him. And more over the officers are not ready to accept their mistakes rather they are asking us to go and get the signature from the land owner’s son in order to do the patta transfer to us.

How to proceed with this issue, we are help less, please us though RTI .

I have purchase a 4000 sqt farm land from Jain Farms Ltd. at their Baglur Project, in 1999.There has been no development. And the patta transfer has also not done so far, despite several request to Jain Farms.
Can someone help as to how to proceed to obtain Patta.
