patta transfer application — Patta transfer done to my father's name instead of our (sons ) name

Hi Team, My self and My brother have given POWER of Attorney to my father and then we have purchased a land in pallapatti, My father have done the registeration of Pallapatti land in SRO Aravakurchi, Karur district using our POA on 13Feb2023. The patta should have been transferred to our name ( myself and my brother's name ) instead it was given in my father's name by mistake of the surveyor. My father and myself have visited Thasildhar's office of Aravakurchi many times, but there seems to be no response and negligent reply for their mistake. My father is still alive but they expect my father's death certificate to transfer the patta to our name. We are clueless on further steps. Survey No 540/1C1B, Registered on R/367/1/619/2023/[protected] We also sent many patta applications number for the issue stated. Patta transfer vide can no. [protected], and application no. 2023/0103/14/272643 dated 02/08/2023. This was the 3rd application which we submitted.
