Respected Sir/Madam,

This email is regarding the Patta transfer issue,

Application No : 2023/0105/31/467273 - received by Denkanikottai Taluk office.

Please be informed that I bought two sites at Denkinikottai, Taluk, Kempatti, Tamil Nadu 635114 and the registration was done in Kelamanglam Registrar office on 19th May 2023. However, the Patta transfer application is still pending with Surveyor from 19th May 2023. In Spite of many follow ups inspection has been done on 4th June 2023, but the status is still showing pending with Frika Surveyor. Now when I am checking the status in taluka office and getting reply from them stated file has not received so far. I am not getting anything what’s going on. There is no clarity on this.

Although this is a DTCP approved layout however, I still have to do so many follow ups to get this done. Would request your kind support in this matter. Will be grateful for you.

I have applied for "Patta Transfer with Dindigul Taluk Office in the date of 27-Jan-2022 for in Markampatti/V.S Kottai Village but still there is no reply from the Taluk office. I check with online the message came "The application pending with Firka Surveyor from[protected]". I don't know how long they are going to take for transfer of patta. I'm ready to obey all the govt. rules & regulations but i need the process to be done.
