Patwa Abhikaran Pvt Ltd — Karizma ZMR not starting

I am Gaurav Choudhary.
I have given my bike for general service to hero motocorp service station.(date :[protected]
after that my bike is creating problem in starting and also stop during riding.I have told to the workshop manager,he checked out and told me "there is no problem"...but after some time battery of my bike is totally discharged...so i went to workshop again...they told me to replace new one....but with in a weak new battery also completely discharged...then i request them to check properly there must be some serious problem...so they keep my bike (date[protected] and told me that coil of my bike must be run away so we have to instal new coil.but till now my bike is in workshop...
I am having some questions:
1.how my bike coil is run away after service iv that workshop because previously that was working properly.
2.how much time they require to detect and solve problem of my bike.
