[Resolved] Paul philippe — inferior product of wrist watch
Dear Sir, I travelled in Jet Lite Airways on 14th December 2009 from Mumbai to Hyderabad (after preponing my journey originally booked with PNR LSNVBJ JETLITE FLIGHT No.S 2-611 on 15th December 2009 to 14th December 2009 on the same Flight No. with scheduled departure timing at 10.15 AM at Mumbai). During the course my journey the JetLite gave a pamphlet wherein they offered Gifts at subsidised prices. Having lured by the offer I became a prey to that and purchased a Paul Phillippe Stainless Steel Wrist Watch neat packed and without branding the date of purchase or dealer stamp. The counter salesman in the Airport at Hyderabad assured of no evil consequences, even if the Stamp is branded or not. Having got a faith in the products sold at such esteemed prices, I satisfied myself and purchased the article. To my dismay i found the Watch slowly rusting and some corrosion started on the backside, within a month from the date of purchased. I happend to travel by Indigo Flight G31NBI 6E-258 on 8th March 2010 from Mumbai to Hyderabad and when queried about the same problem with the salesman in the Hyderabad Airport he advised me send the watch along with bill to the Company. But he just collected Rs.660/- from me and did not give any valid bill at the time of purchase. In the circumstances please advise me the course of action to get replacement of the watch or my money back with interest. Was this information helpful?

I had the same incidence. In fact, I just purchased it. I met another traveller and asked about worth of Paul Philippe. He showed me that he just happened to be wearing one and he was pretty satisfied. We both had the same prize in scratch card and seems like we both got duped. We never noticed the difference of double "l". The actual brand is Paul Philippe. They sold us Paul Phillippe (double L).
I just got back home and thought I'll check it up myself and chanced upon this and realised that I too have been fooled!!!

Jetlite — Inferior quality of Paul Phillippe Watch
Dear Sir,I travelled in Jet Lite Airways on 14th December 2009 from Mumbai to Hyderabad
(after preponing my journey originally booked with PNR LSNVBJ JETLITE FLIGHT No.S 2-611 on 15th December 2009 to 14th December 2009 on the same Flight

my journey the JetLite gave a pamphlet wherein they offered Gifts at subsidised
prices. Having lured by the offer I became a prey to that and purchased a Paul
Phillippe Stainless Steel Wrist Watch neatly packed and without branding the date
of purchase or dealer stamp. The counter salesman in the Airport at Hyderabad
assured of no evil consequences, even if the Stamp is branded or not. Having got
a faith in the products sold at such esteemed prices, I satisfied myself and purchased the article. To my dismay i found the Watch slowly rusting and some
corrosion started on the backside, within a month from the date of purchased. I happend to travel by Indigo Flight G31NBI 6E-258 on 8th March 2010 from Mumbai to Hyderabad and when queried about the same problem with the salesman in the

But he just collected Rs.660/- from me and did not give any valid bill at the time of
purchase. In the circumstances please advise me the course of action to get replacement of the watch or my money back with interest. The Jet Lite Airways
did not bother about the quality of the product they offer on their Flights and causing the Passenger a lot of agony for innocently getting cheated.
