[Resolved]  Paytm — Recharge not done

I recharged my phone Paytm order no:[protected], 20 hours ago still it says
queued. Money is deducted from my account but got no recharge. help asap. If my money is not refunded within next 24 hour, im going to complain on consumers court.

I used paytm to recharge on my airtel network full talktime scheme of Rs 100/- Recharge was successful and my a/c was debited but my mobile balance was not credited by rs 100/- i called d customer care of airtel but they told me no recharge was done on my mobile. i filed my complaint to paytm customer care but no one is responding. my transaction order no was[protected] pls help me...

On 17 th september i had done a recharge on my airtel number [protected] of RS-169
The amount deducted frommy account at 9:05pm but till today 25th september my recharge is not done..
I filed my complaint on their website but no response...
I tried call center number but not receiving my call, i had written a mail but till today no response...
Today paytm had removed my order details today by upgrading their website...
Please resolve my problem...

Please take some corrective actions against Paytm...
I suggest others dont use paytm...They eat moey...

I have done an online recharge through paytm. the money has been paid from my account and I still have not received my recharge .It says it in process for more than 8 hrs now.Its not the first time, problems like this has happened before, payment was done and i never got my recharge.This time I'm writing a request to the company to avoid causing such inconveniences for the customer.I'd really appreciate if I get my recharge .my order no is[protected], my mobile no. is [protected]

Yesterday morning I recharged my airtel mobile with 230 full talk time using paytym. My amount was deducted and got mail from Paytym showing it was successful.

But still I didn't get the amount recharged to my mobile number. I wrote mail to them like 5times and I got a mail today telling its being resolved but no amount added to my account till this time.

i did recharge for 100rs 2times but did not received balance and amount of rs 200 has been debited from my account.

still my amount is not get refund from ur side please check it and refund my amount.

My friend problem is started here only...site says all the recharges
are done but he faced the problem that the no. is not recharged
thrice...it is done twice only...he checked with customer care and
it is found true...he wrote many a time but computer generated
message with no solve...according to airtel ORDER NO.[protected] is
not done...please do suitable help to my friend if you can...But one
request give a serious answer...RECHARGE / NORECHARGE / REFUND...

I have recharged one phone number for RS 100 but it did not get recharged and also the amount got deducted.
I awaited for 5 hours but still I did not get recharge. After that i need to visit retailer for the recharge.
If they cannot proceed the recharge they should immediately cancel that transaction.
Still after such a long time the transaction show its in queue.

Sir. Today i did recharge airtel no [protected] . And order no[protected] . Every time it show recharge in queued while money deducted from my bank account of rs 187. I request u to cancle this transaction and refund money to my wallet balance because i have done recharge by another transaction.
