I placed an order [protected] on 18th Jan 2024 on Paytm mall under groceries (SPAR Market) with Rs 225.5/. I got a call from the delivery boy that SPAR team is facing issue in accessing the order and they cancelled the current order and request to place by tomorrow and also shared the screenshot of order canclled. But in the Paytm mall the order was showing as delivered, they are not refunding the amount. I raised the inciden in the payment. But no response and trying to reach the customer care which is not working. Please help me on getting refund or response. I attached the screenshot of the order status and Order undelivered screenshot

    My whatsapp bank account linked to my mobile number [protected] has been blocked by paytm on a false fraudulent report and even after providing all the necessary documents related to the transaction, whatsapp employees are refusing to unblock the account. Related & kyc documents are attached herewith for your reference. Paytm employees are requested to get the account unblocked as soon as possible, otherwise i have no option left other than taking strict legal action against paytm.

      I have made a UPI transaction of RS 25000 on 27th December 2023 at 06:36 pm ref no.[protected] using Paytm Payment Bank account no. [protected] in the name of Amit Kumar Goyal . The transaction got failed due to some technical error and was informed that the money will be auto reversed to my account within 2 days. As the same was not refunded I called up and lodged a complain with customer care regarding the same and finally got a resolution that the money will be credited backed by 31st December 2023 and same was returned BUT it has been kept on HOLD and I am not permitted to use it . Again I complained for it to which they replied its year end and weekend so a confirmation from NCPI is pending regarding the failed transaction so will be allowed to use the money or will be unblocked by maximum 3rd January. Till now all dates have triggered but the same situation is lying and my hard earned money of RS 25000 is still lying with them blocked from last 8 days for a filed UPI transaction which ocured due to technical fault from there end.

      I am finding myself trapped and have got huge mental harassment by daily daily calling customer care and writing to them to release my money from their trap so that I can make my payment which I am defaulting for the blockage done from there end and every time they give an excuse and take time for next 2 days to get it resolved though even after 8 days I am at square 1 and have no solution.

        On 01 Jan 2024 payment of 1033/- was made to Mobile Number [protected] from Paytm from my PPBL account UPI Ref:[protected] at 11.25 but the payment went to wrong person and wrong bank account . When the receiver complained about non receipt of payment again 1033 was made to Mobile Number [protected] from GPay from my PPBL account UPI Ref:[protected] at 11.49 and the payment reached the correct person PARULA KHATUN at Kotak Mahindra Bank. When the matter was taken up with Paytm they merely noted my complaint and replied that if the receiver returns the amount, same would be refunded to me. They refused to stop payment and said that it would take 35 days to get any resolution to the issue. How the payment to a mobile number has gone to different persons and different accounts? One was wrong and another was correct. Kindly issue suitable instructions to Paytm to refund 1033 at the earliest.

          Dear Team,

          I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a matter of grave concern that requires your urgent intervention. I have been subjected to relentless harassment by the Paytm collection team, specifically individuals with the contact numbers [protected], [protected], and [protected], including a person named Miss Shradha Thatte ([protected]).
          Despite my attempts to communicate my situation to the collection team, the calls persist, and the tactics employed are unprofessional and raise serious ethical concerns.
          Of particular concern is the blatant violation of privacy and disregard for ethical debt collection practices. According to the RBI guidelines for recovery agents, they are prohibited from discussing the loan with colleagues, friends, or family members. However, I have evidence of recorded calls where the collection team attempted to contact and pressure my friends and colleagues' mothers, who have no connection whatsoever with the loan agreement.
          Furthermore, during these calls, the recovery agent, Miss Shradha Thatte, attempted to disclose the last 4 digits of the Aadhar card of my colleague, which raised serious privacy concerns. This not only violates the privacy of my colleague but also puts sensitive information at risk. I'm sure since she must be in somebody's pay role, the calls are recorded and are being revived. She tried calling a friend of mine, his mother's number who is of the age of -70 and has absolutely no connection with the loan. Thankfully since he was at home today, he understood that it was the same number he had received a call from.
          Under RBI guidelines, I have the right to file a lawsuit against the recovery agent for such actions. I am deeply troubled by the fact that these practices are taking place within your organization, and I urgently seek your intervention to address this matter.
          I have every intention of settling the entire loan amount and foreclosing the loan by January 10th, as communicated. However, I demand an explanation for the unwarranted and unethical actions of the collection team. Additionally, I request the necessary details for the foreclosure process to be provided promptly.
          I have also informed the same to Akshay Somankar at [protected] from Aditya Birla Finance Ltd about this incident, whose name and number were sent to me in email by [protected]@credgenics.com on behalf of ADITYA BIRLA FINANCE LTD (LDN No. PYTMPPABFL[protected] through the Paytm platform.

          I provided him with all the numbers which I was harassed from. After the call with Mr.Akshay, suddenly Shradh's number is switched off and I get a call from Akshay saying that he is not able to reach anybody from the numbers I have provided. Thankfully we have a feature now where when the number is turned on you get a notification for the same, which I have attached in my screenshot. I tried calling her after this incident, but now she isn't receiving my calls. He informed me that none of these numbers are a part of the company where he works, so I will be assuming that these were fraud calls that tell they are from Paytm postpaid and have called to ask you to pay you the money.

          I trust that you will treat this matter with the urgency and seriousness it deserves, and I expect immediate action to cease the harassment and rectify the breach of privacy. I just have one question on this whole incident whether companies like Paytm or Aditya Birla provide the necessary rights to give access to my contacts or their Adhar card number being spoken on a recorded call or threatening a colleague's mother who is 70 years old and to threaten her or demand her to pay the money who is not even aware of the amount or loan. So basically these agents have access to the Adhar card and can tell the digits of the Adhar card on a recorded call and that call is okay with the Company. I demand an explanation on this whole thing as it is very disturbing and threatening

            Inspite of sending multiple requests on Paytm postpaid app for the past 2 months, my postpaid account has not been closed and its still active.

            I have already paid all the dues but my account has not been closed despite this.
            I have already sent multiple emails to lending partner and many requests on postpaid but there is serious ignorance of my complaint and Fraud.

            I need my postpaid account to be closed immediately before i take this matter in consumer court.

              On 29/11/23 at 9.54 AM I wanted to payment my SBI credit card bill through Paytm wallet but my payment was failed money still not reflected on my paytm wallet. Name-Amit, Paytm no- [protected], Barman, SBI card register no- [[protected]], Card last 4 digits-7558, Debited amount-2206 rs, Transaction ID-[[protected]], Order ID-[[protected]], Wallet reference no- [[protected]] .humble request to you please assist me to get this debited amount . After seven days which is still not reflect on my paytm wallet. I attached few screen shots as a proof.

                Dear sir,

                I have started using paytm service through with my old mobile no. [protected]...
                Due to some reason my old mobile has been dis-continuous...

                Currently I'm using paytm service my new no. [protected]...

                Becaue my KYC has been done with old no.
                I'm unble to do kyc with new no.

                Paytm service has been added my ticket refund money in my wallet new mobile no... now I'm able use wallet money because my KYC has been done with my old no.

                Paytm team has not any solution for this solution

                Its mean if you have active your mobile no. then you will able to use your wallet money ..if you loss your mobile no. then paytm team will not return money to my bank

                  There was a transaction mistakenly through paytm postpaid which was about Rs 502 and due to addition o[censored]n-authorised charges which made it about Rs6049 i.e. approx. 12 times the original. Without any consent or agreement they gave loan, no bills nothing was received by me.

                          Ordered a book (Order No. [protected]) from PAYTM ONDC on 4th Nov 2023. Received it on 11th Nov 2023. Checked the book and found quite a few pages missing.
                          Have been contacting Paytm 24*7 Support (quite ironic) since 11 Nov about refund/replacement. Have already submitted all the proofs as per requirement. Received no response from the team. It's like I'm talking to a wall. They just simply don't care.
                          When called on Customer support, they ask you to go to the app and raise request. And when you try to escalate the issue they ask you to call on customer care (which is just an IVR). And this fraud cycle continues.
                          Pathetic experience.
                          Resolve the issue ASAP or I shall take it up to the consumer court.

                              I have used 1500 rs from paytm postpaid. my bill due got upto 9000 after I got a call and they said ypu have to pay 2000 rs and remaining amount we will wave off so paid 2000 rs but again in last month i got a call and they said you have paid the principle amount but your due amount is pending so now you pay 1000rs and we will send you closure mail and close your account so again I paid 1000 rs but still my account is not closed and I am getting calls for recovery and they are harassing me so I request you to please close my account as I paid 3000 rs for principle amount of 1500 rs and still getting calls and massages for recovery this is not acceptable from a reputed company like a paytm its seems like a scam. please assist my complaint and resolved this issue ASAP.

                                  Paytm sales team contact me for installation of sound box and commited that it is life time free from any rental charges . they force me to install sound box without pay anything and installed it but after sometime rental fee charge by paytm, when i call on toll free number .the executive convince me for not deactivation of sound box and get me free service on sound box life time but till now rental fee deduct from my balance without any information, when i call on toll free for deactivation of sound box service, no any satisfactory answer provide by executive . it is totally consumer mental harassment. so please do the needful as soon as possible and refund my amount from paytm.

                                    Im Hitesh L. My registered phone number is [protected]. I had used 400rs from paytm postpaid, I had lost my sim which was my registered in my dad's name. So it 8-9 month approximately to pay back. But the loan amount with fine was Rs. 5255 which I paid after several attempts of trying to get in touch with the customer support. But never got a response it is unethical to put up a fine that's 15x the amount I used. I need them to pay me back the excess money that they had taken from me.

                                        I am writing to report a severe issue regarding my Paytm account. My Paytm wallet has been compromised, and I am currently unable to access it due to unauthorized login and alterations to my account information. To exacerbate the situation, it appears that my registered phone number has been changed without my consent, rendering me unable to log in to my account.

                                        The discovery of this issue was alarming, especially considering that my attempts to access my account have been repeatedly denied due to what appears to be changes in the login credentials. The added concern arises from the fact that the associated phone number has been altered, preventing my access to the account entirely.

                                        I am deeply worried about the security of my account and the unauthorized changes made to it. I have always adhered to the recommended security protocols and never shared my login credentials with anyone. It is distressing to find that my account's security has been compromised in such a manner.

                                        I kindly request immediate assistance in resolving this matter and restoring access to my Paytm wallet. Additionally, I implore your team to take necessary actions to secure my account and thoroughly investigate the unauthorized changes made, particularly the alteration of my registered phone number, which has resulted in my inability to access my account.
