We have reviewed your transaction and your refund has been initiated.

Usually it take upto 21 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account but the actual number of days that the bank may take to reflect the refund in your account may vary from bank to bank and is beyond our control. In case of any delay in receiving the refund amount, we would suggest that you get in touch with your bank.

I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with Paytm regarding the delayed delivery of the prize I won in their contest. Here are the details of my case:
Contest Participation and Winning:
I participated in the Paytm jackpot contest on 18th December 2023.On 30th January 2024, the winners were announced, and I was informed via WhatsApp on 29th February 2024 that I had won an iPhone 15 Pro.
Document Submission:On 30th April 2024, I received an email from Paytm asking for my documents, which were to be submitted within 5-7 days. The email also mentioned a final deadline of 15th May 2024.I submitted the required documents on 2nd May 2024, well within the given timeframe.
Communication and Follow-Ups:Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances from Paytm, I have not received any concrete updates or delivery details regarding my prize.On 29th May 2024, I was informed again to wait for another 5-7 working days.Today is 6th June 2024, and yet again, no response or update has been provided.
Unacceptable Delay and Lack of Communication:The repeated delays and lack of communication from Paytm have caused significant frustration and inconvenience.Despite their assurances of delivering the prize within May 2024, no action has been taken to fulfill their commitment.
Desired Resolution:I demand immediate shipping details and a confirmed delivery date for my prize.If no action is taken promptly, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through legal channels, consumer forums, and media platforms.
Request for Immediate Action: I urge the concerned authorities at ConsumerComplaints.in to take strict action against Paytm for their unfair practices and help me resolve this matter at the earliest.Thank you for your attention and assistance in this matter.

These are the two transsaction made on the same day through Paytm.com web portal, which in turn uses Axis Bank payment Gateway. I have logged into Paytm.com and try recharging my mobile no. [protected], through their online payment gateway. PayTm.com is an online service provider under the Times group. Their immediate parent is Times of money. Till date i could not able to retrieve my value of transaction, moreover, their telephone no.[protected] is found to be invalid. So it is becoming very difficult to trace them. Please help me so that other people don't fall into such prey.

I have NOT got my recharge value worth of Rs. 125. it seems there was some server issues from PayTm.com. tHE details are as under.My mobile no is [protected], I rechare my mobile through your site www.paytm.com, on 17/12/2010 at after evening.
