I received a mail from Mr Andre Keshia ,Human Resources Manager/Recruting Manager PDVSA State Oil Company Scotland informing that i have been shortlisted for the company.They have forwarded me an application form and asked me to fill in the application form and return it soon as they need this for their officila use.

I have also received the same mail. i have checked the www.pdvsa.com website. they have the commercial office in UK but not in this mentioned below address. three o[censored]s got the same job reference number. but different phone numbers and mail id's . so i hope this may be a fraud Email. some group of people making money from this i guess.

i have recieved a mail from PDVSA company as follows.Please confirm me that person is working there in british consulate if so kindly post is scanned id card and required proof so that all candidates will believe him for visa process. you send response as soon as.

"I have been instructed by your employer, as British immigration attaché to assist you in your visa application and to obtain the necessary travelling documents from the British Deputy High Commission in new delhi according to the Embassy schedules. Kindly fill the visa application forms that I have enclosed in this mail with pen and return them via e-mail to me. I shall inform you if there is any other documents you are to produce before the visa officials in the absent of the documents your employer has sent on your behalf and the ones you are to produce below but, that might be after you have registered with the embassy by paying the visa fee.

However, before I proceed in processing your visa application, you should register with the Embassy first through my office at this consulate. The Registration in the office for the application of the visa process is 250 pounds (17, 300 India Rupees). This fee is to be made in consideration of your visa application forms so that you will be recognized by the UK visa authorities for entry into United Kingdom’s territory and to enable me complete the cash register details of the fourth page of the application forms and to proceed with those required travelling documents.
Nevertheless, I shall inform you the mode of payment when you confirm to me your readiness towards this application by filling it and returning it to me.
