[Resolved] Pelsoft Labs Pvt. Ltd. — Cheated in service committed

I vipul manchanda have purchased 30 lakh sms from pelsoft lab pvt ltd @ 1paise per sms. At the time of activating the service the tele sales executive Miss Vinita commited me the instant delivery of sms. Which she had sent me in the written quotation. Now when i had transferred the money to their account they had sent me the performa invoice which is not showing me the service tax. When i called them they are not answering my callls. After this when i tried to send the sms the sms are not delivering at all while i was commited instant delivery. I visited their office but no one is entertaining me & saying we cannot give you the refund, do wat ever you want to do. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I AM EXPERIENCING SAME PROBLEM WITH PELSOFLABS SERVICES.
I HAD ALSO BOUGHT 1LAC SMS FROMPELSOFTLABS.AND THE SAME THING HAPPEING, SMS ARE NOT DELIVERED .

i had purchased 10 Lac SMS from M/s Pelsoft labs through Mr. Dubey of Pelsoft. I had not been able to send SMS to most of the mobile numbers. Even if I send the messages on priority then also the messages are not delivered.
