[Resolved]  Pentacle Services — company with NO ETHICS and DUPING CONSUMERS

I would like to file a complaint against Pentacle Service Pvt. Ltd. (URL- http://www.pentacleservices.com/)
Pentacle Services is a fraud company and harassing people with not providing services promised at the time of registration. Pentacle services call center employees mis sell services to consumers by giving wrong information and once person takes service their phone no doesn't work or they don't pick up their phone. In case some day they pick up their phone they take request and never send anyone at home to fix the problems.

I request this court to take strict action against Mr. NEERAJ BHANOT who is a person with NO ETHICS and i suggest their license should be cancelled and put huge penality on them for harassing consumers.

Please find below all email conversation with Pentacle services and myself.

Please help me and take strict action against Mr. NEERAJ BHANOT so that they cannot dupe any more consumers.

This is height now, I receive a call, i was confirmed that this will not happen again. I again raised a concern regarding your only no[protected] is out of service and lady told me that there are some technical issues with that no. So on request she gave me other 2 mobile nos one of them was for Vijay nos given to me are [protected] & [protected]. I was told that electrician will reach my home on Sunday (14th February 2010) but guess what again negligence from Pentacle side after waiting whole day for VVVIP electrician i finally had to call our local electrician. I called up Pentacle so many times on all the numbers given to me but noone picks up the phone one phone doesn't work and other 2 mobile phones noone picks them up, yes for my money i do get wonderful song to hear while waiting for someone to pick up the phone.

Is this the way you do your business. Mr NEERAJ BHANOT wake up. I request you to kindly give my money back as i don't think PENTACLE IS CAPABLE and thi sis one of the worst company I've seen. I'll not recommend PENTACLE to anyone in my whole life.

After several reminders and calls i'm not gettting any response back from Pentacle It seems that all my requests are going in deaf ears and there is noone who is responsible enough to repond back.
I suggest you to stop this unethical practices just to get more business.

If I don't get any response from Penatcle by today i'll send a letter to Consumer services and lodge a complaint regarding unethicle practices used by Pentacle and whenever i call your the no provided by you only i hear is 'WELCOME to the Pentacle services and representative will be with you shiortly and then connection breaks after sometime.

I'm not getting any solution/favorable/suitable response from Pentacle and this is the only reason i've to approach you in this regard.

Mr Vijay called me back at 1:40 PM on 30th December 2009, and confirmed me that no coupon can be provided to me as it was a false commitment from Pentacle and he cannot help me in this regard. I asked him to provide me MD's direct no so that i can complain about this fraud and false sales commitment but he simple refused to give me MD's/ senior official no as he is not authorized to do so.


I request you to kindly provide me with your direct no so that i can get proper response from Pentacle.

Hi,
This is regarding misguiding me and taking business though false commitments.
I was approached by Ms Isha on 24th December 2009, who falsely committed me that if i register myself with Pentacle services by 25th December 2009 morning i'll get a coupon worth Rs. 500.00 which can be redeemed against purchases in different stores in Delhi. On this I happily gave my confirmation and she immediately arranged for cheque pickup and registration on 25th December 2009 morning and Mr. Arvind Kumar, snd when Mr Arvind came to pick up the cheque i asked for Rs. 500.00 coupon as promised in return he said he is without the coupon right now but i can talk to Ms Isha for the same. On this i asked Mr. Arvind to call Ms Isha and he contacted her on the phone and I also spoke to Ms Isha where she again committed that the coupon will be reaching to me within 24 hours once my data is fed in their computers. On trusting their words i happily gave Mr Arvind a cheque from PNB bearing no. 666423 dated 25th December 2009 amounting to Rs. 799.00, in return i was given a receipt # 184 and a card with PR No. 12973.

On 26th December i called up Ms Isha where she said she wil lbe calling me back within 1/2 hour but whole day passed and there was no trace of Ms Isha's call neither i received the coupon. After that i called up Isha more than 10 times but she didn't pick up the phone and again i called her up from different no on 28th December where she picked up the phone and again told me that she will be calling me back on my cell within 20 minutes as she is in a bus and will be reaching office wihtin 15 minutes. On 29th again i recevied call from Pentacle from Ms Anjana asking for more references where i again asked her to let me talk to Isha where she said she is in a meeting and she will pass on message to her. But never got any call back from Isha.

Finally i called Pentacle Helpline at 47622999 and after 5minutes of wait representative picked up the phone and i asked for Sr. Manager with whom i can share my experience and ask for the coupon but i was told that Sr. Manager will call me back within 10 minutes but waiting for more than an hour as usual didn't receive any call from Pentacle. I called up again where Ms Ritu transferred line to Mr Vijay after 10 minutes of wait who asked me send a mail as there is no coupon for me and i cannot be given any coupon and on complaining him he told me that Ms Isha is on leave since 25th December 2009 this means that i've been told series of LIES from Pentacle. On requesting Mr. Vijay to provide me MD's no he simply refused to provide me with more details but kept on asking me to send a mail. finally after long discussion he promised me to call me back with a solution within 30 minutes.

Now my queries are:
1. Why Pentacle took business from me on false commitments
2. I there was a commitment why it was not fulfilled
3. On asking for senior person/MD cell no why it was not provided to me.
4. Please also provide me with details of this fraud

Hoping for a prompt reply and action from your side.

Pentacles Services — Harassment & Cheating

Dear Sir,

I have purchase the services from Pentacles Services for Home fitting and fixtures. After registring with Pentacles i ordered for plumber to fix the tap at home. After so many calls and after aprox. 15 days they send a plumber to my home. He reached at 8PM and asked to leave as he stays in Ghaziabad. He requested, that day was his first day and he not much aware about the work. He fix one tab in unmanner way. The tap he fixed spoil my wall. He promised that he will come next day morning and fix the tap. Now its more than 1 and 1/2 months no one came from Pentacles. I asked for my refund and the compensation part and no one care for that. Their customer care are very pathetic and unskilled. They disconnect the phone if they do not have the answer. The owner Mr. Chatterjee never speak to customer and his manager speak rough. They harass me mentally and financially.

This is my humble request to look into this matter and suggest to take the action.
