My name is Dilip and I have the same complaint as the gentleman below. It has been a frustrating 4 months for me too. All details in the below case hold true for my complaint too. There is no response to whatever emails/calls I have sent or made. I am very angry and dejected that companies such as this are taking people for ride and request stringent action against them. My booking id is[protected]. My mobile number is [protected]/[protected] and I reside in Chennai.

I have a very similar experience and am planning to sent a legal notice to them now. It is a pathetic Comapny and would advise that nobody should rtegister with them.

My name is Chirag, based @ Mumbai. I had booked a 7 night package by paying Rs.7000/- and an additional DD for Rs.750/- towards processing charge(which they claim that they have not received for 1 month). My booking ID is[protected]. I had send the booking voucher form almost 3 months back. They are still sitting on it without any action. After repeated reminders they are trying to offer me cheaper resorts at various other locations instead of the originally offered 4 star properties and the requested destinations. Till now even after my repeated pestering mails too they are not responding and are keeping absolute silence. Also, the numbers which they have given me are continuouisly engaged. One Mr Ravi Vasisth did interact for sometime but now even he is absconding. I managed to get through their general number one day and asked for Mr Ravi Vasisth. As per the executive he was not at his desk and would call me back after half an hour. Till date he has not bothered to call me back.

I am highly dejected and very much disappointed by their actions. I grabbed the offer believing the brand image & goodwill of RELIGARE. I suppose this is a fraud company and request you to take action...ASAP.I am having a chain of emails as a proof against this company which I can produce anytime to anyone as a proof to substantiate this. Also. i would like to drag the company to court and have already sent a legal notice to them.

They have taken Rs.14,000 from me for 2 Booking Ids and now they are not replying to my email and their phone nos are not reachable at any time of the day.

It is a fake company in the following name.

I have booked with booking id: [protected]. They promised me holidays for 4 but then gave only for 2 for treasure island lonavla. Just 2 days before the booking they say there is some problem in the resort and my booking cannot be processed.

Now they are not picking up the call nor giving call back on [protected] / [protected] and my booking is under threat. I request you to give us the refund.

I have been following up with the call center people since 3rd of June for my booking and still doing so. I had given 3 international locations for booking in August but these people could not even confirm one till 1st Week of July. They kept me hanging and could barely come up with any of the location that i had listed.

It was more like i go to the place where they want and not my choice.

I then changed my location for domestic travel and here too they were giving me cheal hotels and places difficult to reach i.e Manali. The kind of hotels being offered would be suitable for all guys to go and not with your spouses.

Finally i reqeusted them to book for Goa, and also from the RCI listed hotels which is also during off season however they are giving me only 2 days.

I have called their call center N number of times and each time I have say my story and nothing happens. Now they say they can do anything and my account is going to expire in Aug end.

They take my calls after hours of holding on and then put me on hold and then disconnect.

This totally un professional behaviour and I am out right being cheated here.

I have all emails and data recoreded right from day 1 and also the names of people with whom i have interacted.

I would now be taking the leag way towards them.
