[Resolved]  Periyar University — No Re-valuation

I had admited M.phil in periyar university through distance education and written examination well and eagerly waiting for results People who evaluated the paper are really blinds. They are playing with students life. I don't think this is the only mistake of evaluator, it is a mistake of top management also. Because of their mistake they didn't allow for revaluation.

This kind of results and comments will create the negative name about the university.

The Top management of the Periyar University has to take necessary steps to avoid the negatives in future

I would like to apprise you that I have shifted from Port Blair to Chennai. I have asked my PRIDE incharge about my results & to transfer my course from there to here, but still no response from my sir, earlier he said he will call and tell us about the result.My exams was conducted on Dec/2007 . Is it possible that I will be able to continue my studies(B.B.A) .If I get my transfer certificate & exams results then only I will be able to get my books and o a head .

im doing my BCA (II yr) thru distance eduation in pride. usually the exams are conducted in may month by other universities. But in pride, it takes about july to august... students like us who want to join PG regular, suffered a lot due to this. B'coz we dont have the final year mark statement to join the regular colleges... especially (BBA & BCA students) and so that we are forced to wait for a year...

so u pls take necessary steps to lessen the burden o[censored]s. it is highly useful to us when the final year exams are conducted in may and the result to be got in july/august.

will expecting the favourably reply or necessary steps to be taken by the university...

You are true. I was also one among the candidates who was failed, even after attempting all the questions correctly. I was then told by the Director Distance Edu. to write a letter in the name of Director and Controller of Periyar University and as per the Director Dist. Edu., a meeting was going to be held for the same purpose and the papers were going to be re-evaluated before the members in the meeting. But it was irony to hear from the same office after waiting for three to four months that the said candidates have to re-appear in the examination for no fault of there's. I even wrote to the Vice Chancellor of the university, but he too was reluctant to do any thing in favour of the candidates. I don't agree to you that blind people have checked the answer papers. The paper checkers are there own 'so called professors' but unfortunately they are not worth to be the lecturers of even 10+2 standard, not talking of the university. The standard of education and lecturers of the university can be easily understood by the study material provided by the university. Even after copying the same material from the books of the other authors, there are a lot of conceptual mistakes, which shows the literacy rate of the teaching staff of the university.

sir am also student of periyar university. i hv done all the exam very well but when result come ... here is 2 supply. but a lot of student who r came late on daily basis r pass, when i want to recheck my paper then no response from other side...

I am completed my BSE-biochemistry course in vivekanandha.I appear the final exam on this year(may).my result shows i am faild in one subjet (IMMUNOLOGY, CEG) and it's mark is 14(on julay)
I applied for re-valuation, it shows my mark is 30 .my teacher's concern i am a bright student, i must pass in revaluation .while writting the exam i feel this paper a easy one.
So i am strongly believe that there is some error occured in revaluation.And i am joined in same colleage, i am request you to please clarrify my paper .my register number is '05ABC1059'

what is your attitude when a student meet you after heshe failed
in final bsc exam.but the xerox of answer sheet reveals heshe is capable to get the mark.
I think you must help heshe but it's horrible to
reveals that you are not do any thing.
