All of the above comments are very true. Once i had given interivew in"Lycanz" an "Appco based Company in Surat located near Uthna Circle. Owner named i have forgot but he used to behave in such a way as he is a rich guy. Below m sharing my experience.
At first they will give u introduction of APPCO group, After that they will start asking you that why you want to join this company, Wheather you are fresher or experience, all such type of questions. This is end of First round.
Later they will desperately call in the evening saying that u have been selected in the second round of interview so u have to come to their office next day in formals where they will conduct practical round of interview to assess your skills.
Before beginning of the second round of interview, each candidate will be allotted a leader. Then this so leader will take you in the some shopping complex to do door to door marketing of their charitable products such as "CRY".
They will say to us that daily we have to meet atleast 100 clients and to do marketing of their charitable products. They use to follow a procedure know as "LOA". In afternoon they will take u to some good restaurant for lunch. During lunch time they will try to know as much things about yourself
and try to brainwash you. They will start bluffing that they use to earn around 40000 per month. There boss have done mba from some London university and now they are going to expand their business in Srilanka etc.
Till 6pm in the evening they will make you to visit clients and after that will take you to their office. In office they will conduct 3 rd round of interview where their boss will take your personal interview. ya i remember that Amit gala was that boss.
Later in the evening they will call you that you have been selected for the job and will inform you that u have to start job from tomorrow itself.
From the middle of the day i came to know that it is a fake company and had really save my career by rejecting their job offer on the very same day.

Dear Sir/Madam,Im working in a private sector in Ambattur Industrial estate. Im seeing a huge unwanted garbage materials next to estate bus depot. People crossing the huge garbage are unable to tolerate the smell from that garbage. These huge garbages are lying in the 2nd left lane entrance from the estate bus depot. It is also to be noted that it is situated in the main road itslef. Kindly take necessary steps to remove those diposal from that place and help the public to walk smoothly on the road. yeah i also went through the same procedure for to days and made fool of myself.but thanks to my friend who found this fraud and informed me.and today only i messaged them that i left the job. you are right his name is AMIT GALA who runs LYCANZ ORg and a female named KAJAL KHOTHARI running the LITHIUM ORG.

I got same e-mail from the group by name of nirvana and milestone for post of "Management trainee". When i reached there i found that its a sales company under aegis of Appco group. Interviewer asked me can I join immediately? I told him first i need to know about company and its product and services, he went on to boasting about the worldwide presence of company and how much money he earns. Rest of interview was like tell me about yourself, one word to describe yourself etc. In evening i got a call from hr for next round by the time had recived 2 more mails one from Bangalore with same profile and company portfolio and another mail from "legion group" whose address was same as that of where i gave my previous interview. By the time realized that company is fraud.
they honey trap through salary of 15k-25k and portfolio of manager but these all are fraud sales company.
