This is with the referance to the unit called momentous, eminent, phenom, empower. You will be getting an Email from famous job portals regarding the post for MANAGEMENT TRAINEES.. BE ALERT!!! all are frauds..

You can see a by the name Jayalekshmi or the by the name Tatagat in the kormangala office,

See I dnt want to abuse any one only because these people will Cheat u by offering Job. (The same happend to my Friend)

Everybody who attend the interview are selected and for name sake they will be conducting 3 rounds of interview
The JJ (jayalakshmi j) will be taking the interview and i[censored] want to learn pure NAVARAS can easily learn from her face. and she will be telling they are UK based MNC.

The actual job profile will be BEGGING on the roads in the name of CHARITY. They deals with famous charities called Helpage India, CRY, Save the Children etc..
The sadest part is that u wont be getting any SALARY !!! a part of money u raised will be your income.

Job profile includes:
You should work from morning 8 to night 10, if you want to survive (because u wont be having a stable income)
You cant take any holidays (i[censored] taken u will be sacked)
Don't ever think about your family and friends.
You shouldn't talk to girls.
You should agree what ever she tells.
You should be a good liar on the field, (You will be getting necessary training to be a liar)
Don't ever think about marriage (your brain will be washed like that)
You are not supposed to tell your friends or even your parents where and what type of job you are doing!
You should be able to barge any closed communities (Don't worry u will be getting training for that)

You people are young and energetic and y u want to waist your carrier and life by joining this company!

This is totally a fraud company associated with APPCO...plz beware guyz it is at CG road samudra complex... What you say is right and thank you for this info also, don't forget the pradnya empire building next to deep bungalow chock... They have their offices there as well... Guys do be careful one other company I would like to tell you about is Bitmantra, its also situated in Pune, next to Parihar Chowk. Beware, this firm states that they have over 200 employees and that they have branches in UK and US... LIES! They have only two branches... Both in India... the other branches are just partners... They have fictional employees too!!! They actually use these to reach out to potential customers outside India... They make you work under conditions wherein you are told to communicate using fake names, 90% of their employee base is fictional, even the HR is fake... The owners, Ashish and Devina lie to their employees on their face the whole time... they will be polite and nice initially... Just to gain your trust... if you are an experienced employee, they will hire you and keep you on probation, then they will keep you for sometime and then let you go, during this probation they will only pay you half the salary sometimes even lesser... Then after this they will extend your probation period... by as much as a month!!! Basically they hire people only for a short period of time whilst deceiving them the whole time...

Sale executive Krishna Chaitanya Dasari (mob No. [protected])) of appco groupindia approached to me for Reliance Data Card (internet) on 28 Mar 2012.He has given the details of Data card and I have applied for Data card. My CAF No is [protected] and taken a cheque(Cheque no-951563) of Rs 1200 payment in favor of Appco Marketing (INDIA) Pvt Ltd.Confirmation call also came form appco groupindia Mumbai. But Still Now I did not get any response from appco.Several time I contacted to customer service[protected]/26/39 at Mumbai but no response.Now I want to refund my money. Please look in to this subject.

THIS IS 100% FRAUD COMPANY. ITS BEING OPERATED AS FLOYD INC IN BANGALORE. BEWARE GUYS THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES. Fraud fraud company i think the word fraud also started when apcco stated. dy cheat donors telling100% f dre donation goes to cause but no nly 10-20% goes rest 80% goes 2 appco ppl.. Guyz plz dnt join ds cmpny nd spl ur future rather sit in home nd eat instead going nd begging door to door.. i hav wrkd there nd i fl shame n myslf 4 cheatng d donors nd i thank dse donors who used dre brains nd tld dy wl do charity by dmslf alteast dre money wl go 4 sum gd cause. They're really a waste of time, money & career.
It is a STIGMA on your CV if you have this company on it.
They do not give fixed Salaries, they work on commissions - No traveling allowances, no cab facility, NO SAVINGS... Make you work on Holidays too.
They work Tuesday - Sunday..Not even a Public Holiday is a day off there.
More over, the managers treat you like . Then they take you out for a drink to calm you down - Retention Strategies.
Every good looking girl in the organization is their target for obvious reasons, i was one of them because i had repeated messages from my managers to be out with them all the time & sometimes flirtatious messages too.
They treat you in terms of assets & liabilities.

I also went for this interview they have asked me to get reliving letter and come for interview .i got suspicious and checked about the company .this so called floyd inc does not have any website or any detail about them so at last i got lots lots and lots of complaints in this site . funny part was that whatever other have faced the same way they have explained the senario ...thank you guys LET THESE KIND OF COMPANY GO DOWN

I also received mail from momentos uk based appco group company, when researched abt company news i got to know the reveiws and complaints from many people who fall in to trash of appco group
After checking complants from all I dont want to go interview and I got to know that when ever we want to join any company should reasearch otherwise your life will b in dump
So becarefull when joining any company n check reveiws properly

hi, am prabu. few day before i got mail from empire organizations associates in appco group.They mention the mail its TRAINEE MANAGER.I went their very first day they impressed me we will give you 18K to 30K per month in the training period. at that day evening when am returning home they called me am selected for first round interview then they called me second day..the next day am went there, without asking anyone they played 2 vedieo about appco groubs.At that i felt its door to door MARKETTING( remember: they called for trainee manager).On second day interview finished am returning back home again they called and said you are selected..the third day Observation interview round.i went their one team leader taken me both we went to store to store begging like this...SIR AM FROM ICICI BANK YOU WANT CREDIT CARD (HPCL, SAPPHIRO..)..see if anyone want credit card they can easily apply ONLINE. face to face marketing no need for GRADUATE. only a +2 student can do that..Also they send the graduate in 100 degree Celsius heat climate (april, may)..the graduate NO NEED FOR PROFESSIONAL BEGGING LIKE sir you want credit card, , , , another company sir you want credit card, , , , , another company sir you want credit card, , , , , they said this is TRAINEE MANAGERS wow!!!...if ICICI wants to sale their credit card they must put fixed salary recruitment.then they will go to sale their product..dont go guys...i spent 2000 rupees for these four days interview...because am went 130 km from my home

BEWARE OF APPCO GROUP

CHEATERS FRAUDS. Appco group india says they are " Direct Business Associates" of TATASKY services. So I gave the money for Tatasky installation. Its been 20days n more, No one is picking the calls, no response.

I had even contacted their Head-office in Mumbai, MR.VIPUL & JAYA even there they just act as they will do the installation in an hour, but no one come even after 3-4 days. I m really tired of following up with them everyday.

Lets all complaint on this company in CONSUMER COURT, so that not many people will become a pray to them.

Yesterday i went for interview for one of the SBU of Appco group -> "Quantum Organization".
There was the owner of this group saying all these words to pay 20k to 50k (on performance basis) with 8 to 12 months training and after that they will make you the "Strategic Business Manager"... Now after reading all these...i would dare to go for 2nd round of interview.
Thanks for guiding guys... Better look for other opportunity than to be a Traditional Salesman

Me too worked in this company in nov 2015 for 1 week begging and roaming all the way to make people but credit cards..pls don't waste time dudes

It is indeed a fraud company. I worked der for few months and I left it out of guilt because they taught how to lie when some guard catches you, they teach how to cheat donors by giving false info, moreover if there is any police complaint filed by any donor u myt end up in great trouble.
Its not only floyd, it also has clearwater, absolution, blackrock and many more.
and if any of their reps come to your home pls don't entertain them as all ur money is not going for donation but this appco marketing agency.
How to identify if they come to your door step?
You can listen to all their drama story and enjoy it but at the end they will give you a form to fill(it has 2 carbon copies behind) . Please read d form carefully at the back of the form it will be clearly written "Appco marketing company ..." if you find it written you can ask dem to leave or maybe inform your security guards.

These people are ######### who took advantage of people who don't have jobs especially fresher's so please beware of tgem

I am agree with the above statement. Really it is fraud co. Same should be brought to the knowledge of G.O.I. for strict action. Young people after completion of Degree they join this company ignoring their parents advice. APPCO has recruited young girls, paying good amount to attract the young boys by misguiding them and making relation with them. The young boys also believing them and started cheating and making fool to public. Girls are also trained to to act such a way that the candidate should act what she says. They are also been fed - not to believe any body including their parents. Every week APPCO will arrange one party at night for mind wash. It is a fact they are taking advantage of people who don't have job by giving false assurance that APPCo will give you MBA certificate and hand some salary after 6 to 8 months, and will give Manager post after completing one year. After one year experience will be nil. No other company will accept the candidature. It is the high time all collages should be intimated about APPCO for the benefit of young. I am highlighting this as I am also sufferer, my son after completing Degree in Computer Technology from a Reputed University NOIDA.

An please guys dont get into this crap as you will find better jobs then this donkey kind of work. Also they dont give your money after u have leave the job. Please do go in to get real life experience then u will find out. They are all chotiyas who think they are only smart. Especially Aaron, Juhi & Vaidehi moti
