One day somewhere during end of Dec'17 a boy and a girl came to our house introducing themselves as Mr.Tejas and Ms Khushi students of NIIT college and started explaining about TATA sky connection. We said v r not interested but they continued to convince me that a set of box costing Rs.4500 will be given at a lesser price Rs.2500/- and two months free connection with all the channels and later on only we are to recharge for Rs.229/- for south pack that we get all the south channels.
We got the activation done on 24th January 2018 and got automatically disconnected on 17th Febraury 2018, I stated getting the message that I should recharge on 17.2.2018.

Why all this, did I call any TATA sky person or did I do any online search for this, why Appco group / Tejas / Kushi are troubling me, we do not have any connection, no channels. We were very happy with our local HATHWAY TV Channels.

Only Ms Kushi was available on phone sometimes, but she says she is helpless I have to contact the custmer care ...
Is it fair on your part ?

I want this to be sorted out at the earliest.

    I have applied for tata sky connection and it has been activated. I was given a holiday package gift voucher of appco group india. When i try to login the www.holidaywithappco.com, i am asked to feed my subscription number. On feeding the subscription no., the message displayed is 'invalid user name & password'. I am unable to redeem the holiday package.

      This is fake company sending representatives to home making fools i enquired tatasky about tatasky dish setyopbox price they told 2000 but this people charged double amount they charging double the amount of original tata sky settopbox inthe name of offers pls resolve this issue.. I want my total refund as soon as possible.. Pls don't go for marketers from. Other domain they are fake and charged more in. The name of tata sky... Appco is fraud company help time to get my total.         I was an employee of appco in pune i closed 31deals and got the money of just 16deals they are asking that you will not get the rest amount because you left the company that they had not asked at the time of appointment so please solve this issue so that i will get the amount for which i had done work. Company head name arjun shirole trainer name pahal jain.

          I have subscribed for tatasky with standard set-up box (Package grand sports with threee months free) through appco the authorised dealer of tata sky and marketed by m/s appco marketing (India) pvt ltd and the tata sky executive mr. Surendra, mobile no. [protected] hyderabad) to whom a payment for rs. 2770/- dt.[protected] through paytm, i was told by the executive that installation would be done within 4 days.
          After 4 days surendra in not answering the calls and he has sent me a message to call another no.[protected]raj. He spoke to me on that day and now he is also not answering the calls and disconnecting the calls immediately.

          According to their promise for getting connection it should be done on or before[protected]. But they have not fulfilled their promise and no one is responding for the calls.

            This is j. Chennakeswara reddy from kukatpally hyderabad. One representative came to my house on 22/10/2017 regarding new connection of tata sky hd.
            His name mr. Harish ([protected]), he told to me like 3 months all hd channels free and pay 2770rs for a new connection. I will accept and gave a cheque of 2770/-rs for a new connection. He give one application and that no is 212461. That cheque was cleared on 04/11/2017,...

            I had taken a tata sky connection from appco india sales representative and he had provided with a holiday package which could be redeemed in the name of any person of the family. But when i am trying to redeem the voucher the name of the customer was preprinted and that could not be changed. Now the situation is that the name of the subscriber is my fathe, mr. Pramod saraiya, and i want to redeem the voucher in my name, nirmal saraiya, with my father's permission but this is not possible as per the customr care executive of appco india.

              Appco company salesman mr. Akshay choudhary came to me and sold 3 tata sky connection and told me that in rs 199 monthly u will see all channels (Entertainment, music, hindi-english movies, sports, news) and he said u will also see hd channels in this price but now he didn't pickup my call. And also give me free subscription for 48 days but that was a fake commitment after that i contact to his team leader mr. Aaryan and told him all my problem he said that i will come to you with akshay and i will see how can akshay miss commit to you.
              After this conversation aaryan is also not pickup my call

              Appco turned out to be a big fraud, their website is not accepting my subscription id, also nobody is picking up the helpline number. The free holiday voucher they are giving is just a [censored] piece of paper.

Mene unhe shuru me hi bata diya tha ki mere cable laga hua h but phir unhone muje bola ki aap cable me jitne ka recharge krvate ho utne ka hi recharge me aapko tata sky pure channel with hd channel ke sath dega.
                Mr. Akshay chaudhary ne muje bataya ki tata sky aapko 200 rs me saare...

                It is understood that you are recruiting young people by giving false assurance rthat he will be getting 15 to 18 k per month. But no fixed salary has been fixed, no epf, medical, no traveling allowance. After completing they have to work hard for low income. It seems you are cheating g. O. I. And public in the name of charity. Can you intimate when a boy will be team leader and manager. Do you have time bound. How much incentive you give to your service people for their collection. What is the service security and insurance?

                  I have booked a holiday fun offer and tata sky hd setupbox with one month free (HD channels) and 6 months free all channels south pack. But even after lapse of one week the installation has not been made. Hence, I have cancelled the offer and they send the my work order was cancelledWO#X3R3G5R, dated 09/05/2017 has been cancelled. Then I have approched for refund of my money Rs.2950/- which i have paid by cheque. When I call your person told me that the cheque will be dispatched, but not yet received. Why are you doing like this. Is this reputation of TATA. I request you please refund my money, other wise i will go to conumer forum.

                    Guys be alert those who are attending management interviews...
                    Management companies under working appco group are using for filed marketing such as tata sky, cry, helpage india, save the children.., like wise. There are lot of companies opened under appco group, and in those companies working from morning 08.00 am to night 9.30 pm... That was a rule there. They will brainwash the employees to stay back there as much as they can. And we cant get a single paise, not even they willl give the basic salary for an employee...

                      Hello Mam/Sir,

                      Two persons from Appco Group India offered on this Holi for below service with a new connection of Tata Sky (One was Miss Kalpana & her Manager – Miss Khusi ([protected])) from Tata Sky and I am fighting to avail those false made promises;

                      1) Paid Rs 4, 300/- for two HD setup boxes for my two TV
                      2) The marketing person promised to give 3 months free viewing option with all the channels (including Hindi, English & Hindi news, English movie, Sports along with 3 regional channels – Kannada, Oriya, Bengali for lifetime free)
                      3) This offer would give HD Zapper technology, so viewers can watch the daily soap serials without any commercial breaks.
                      4) This would work using Smart card technology so monthly viewing charge would be less as charges would be calculated as per customer watches (per day charge)
                      5) HD Zapper technology would give picture like, the appearance would be full screen (as in the normal subscription some of the bottom & top part won’t appear for many channels)

                      Yesterday I had the installation by contacting Miss Priya from Tata Sky but she is not picking-up calls today and till now only I can view 12-15 channels. I tried to reach your officials, helpline, customer care to get facilities mentioned in points – 2, 3, 4, & 5 as above.
                      Being a Tata employee I thought there won’t be any fight to get these offers as given during marketing of this offer.
                      I want to fix this problem by the earliest or I have to reach some higher officials to get it done.

                        Someone from Apcco group executive came to my home on JAN 21st and he told they are providing new type of TATASKY setup box campain and it will be offered with discount price as its newly launching and he asked me to pay 3000 Rs.

                        He said its new Type of setup box called as FULL HD where as in market you will see only HD setup box.

                        I paid money as i dont have the cheque book. I called customer care and they said they took DD and it will be cleared by Today.

                        I requested to cancel as the details shared is not correct . i was told i will get amount in 7 days as Cheque from HDFC bank.

                        Seeing MOST of the REVIEWS in google it seems challange in followup and getting that DD back.

                        i was told i will get the cheque by Monday 6th FEB, till now no update.
                        i called yesterday and they are telling i will get by next monday.

                        Seems they were trained just to say ASAP or by next week.
                        there should be some proper tracking to tell exact status.

                            On 4th december, 2016 your associate appco marketing representative mr. Sourabh and shiva sharma has came to my residence and offered the two hd set top box with yearly plan and taken the cheque no.007676 for the installation. Number of times i have contacted both the persons on their mobile no. [protected] and [protected] respectively and all the times i was told that with in two days the connection will be installed.

                            At last i have contacted at your customer care, mr. Pushkaran ranjan and discussed about my problem, he has given me the complained no. Pu586ke and told that with in 72 hrs. The matter will we resolve, but nothing has been done. To day also i have contacted mr. Vipul on appco marketing, who is saying that by monday they will see to it.

                            Now i have no faith in such dth service and request to refund my money immediately other wise i will have to launch fir.

                              Appco Agent has given me Holiday offer when I subscribing the connection. My connection got active and now I have gone to http://www.holidaywithappco.com/ and submited my Subscription ID to use the holiday offer. When I enter my subscription ID, It is saying that it is INVALID SUBSCRIPTION ID. I am able to login to tatasky website to manage my subscription but not able to login to appco holiday website.

                              I am not able to contact Appco people and I am not able to use that offer as it is not allowing to login.

                                On 15th october, 2016 a salesperson (pramod gupta;ph no.-[protected]) of appco company had come with a tata sky installation package and offered a package with the following:-
                                1. 2 tata sky boxes, 1st worth rs 1800, the other worth ts 990.
                                2. both would run in the same recharge.
                                3. 1st month rechage is free. from next month eery months fee is rs 525/590/625.
                                4. all channels including hd channels are free for one month
                                5. offer is provided only to me because of cheque no. 31 (lucky draw)

                                After installation i got to know that:-
                                1. i did not get english channels in the first month.
                                2. he took rs 3375 in form of a cheque saying that
                                3. i was told that i have to pay only rs 590 every month, but now what the reality is that i have to pay rs 1100 every month including recharge and hd channel access

                                This company is a cheat and has cheated on many residents of my society (brijdham housing complex, sreebhumi, kolkata-700048.
                                Now i am sending this message in all social media to make people aware of the fraud.
