[Resolved]  Personal Loan — threatenning on phone

hi, i took a P/L of 35000/- couple of years back and the EMI were regularly deducting from my savings account, since i have resigned to previous job, i got a new number and there was a gap of two months for my installments, but one one day i have given a change of mobile number request to the concerned authorities but no one called me and i used to out of station most of the days. One fine day one collection executive came to my residence and i paid him promptly the same time infact i had given my new visting card to him and asked to change my mobile number in your records. for almost 8-9 months he only collected the EMI from me, and this month when i called him directly to pay he told that he has left this job. On 21-03-09 one guy called me on my mobile from chennai and started shouting on me saythig that he was a police man and citi finacial people have given me a complaint regarding non payment of my march EMI and he was talking as if he is the commissioner of police, every time he was repeating the same words that " DO YOU KNOW WHOM YOU ARE TALKING TO " and loudly he was saying that he was police cop and his language was so rude, i was in a meeting so i could not pick his call he called a couple of days. He told that his name was " MALLIKARJUN " i told very politely to send any evecutive i will pay him right now, still he was threatenning me by asking me my address and phone numbers and when i insisted he said that he was calling from POLICE CONTROLL ROOM, this is the behaviour of that guy for only one month EMI of 6 days delay, i request the CITI FINANCIAL group to take stringent action this "MALLIKARJUN" who has become a self proclaimed police man in CITI FINANCIAL and the numbers from where i have called are [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected] / [protected].


He was threatening me by saying should i come to hyderabad or what do you can do ? and with whom you are talking do you know that, are you trying to play with police.

i need an immediate apology from the same guy or else i have that conversation on phone recorded plz take action or i have to take help of electronic media and even police dept also for threatening me on phone and disturbing my job...
