I Mr. Sandeep Sonawne would like to inform you that my loan A/C no.9603017 have done full & final settlement of Rs.16000/- on 28thAugust 08 to your Citifinance collection executive Mr. Raju Pawar in Prabhadevi Branch Mumbai, for this payment I haven’t received any settlement letter yet . I was following up for the settlement letter in your office but no one replied me.
I am really worried about my settlement of loan as i have paid all of my loan amount & have got the receipt which I can’t identify the receipt no. as there has been cancellation made on the receipt no., for the payment which I have made. But still your collection executives call me & they ask for the payment.
I request you to kindly look into this issue on urgent basis & provide me with the settlement letter or NOC as I am facing lot of problem.
Pls find the attachment of the receipt.
