[Resolved]  Personal Loan — ABUSIVE LANGUAGE

I have taken a personal loan from Citifinancial Chandigarh. I could not pay instalment for the month of April 2010 due to pressing circumstances. One Mr.Brij Mohan Rana from Delhi called me up & used highly abusive language for not paying the instalment. The language in four letter words cannot be written on the internet. Apart from that he called me a beggar, a mean rickshaw puller. He asked me to cell my clothes in the market & pay the instalment; threatening me with dire consequences in the coming week....and many more thinhgs which cannot be put in writing. He made me talk to one of my fake references named A.S who per chance was sitting next to me. I wonder who this impersonating A.S. he made me talk to "through conference". I understand there is a code of ethics prescribed by RBI for recovery of loans. Just by not paying one instalment one does not become a criminal. A collector named Diler from "Excel" collection agency took one hundred rupees from me for his todays petrol expenses.
