Personal Loan — extra deduction

hi i damendra turkar. my personal loan ac no[protected]. p. loan sanctioned on 11 july 12 & disbursed on 13 july 12. my processing fee is including tax & stamp duty works out is 2400.00 & my deduction is 4822.00. before i taken loan i informed hdfc people i dont want any policy. they give me assurence. ok sir. but hdfc ergo send me one serv suraksha policy ane mentione premium is 1672.00. team leader is mr ganesh-[protected]. dsa leader i mr vivek[protected] & agreement signed by mr imran [protected]. afterthat i call several times to above people but no response from anybodies. kindly look the matter & solve my problem immidiately.i am defence personal. working with ministry of defence from last 23 years. othewise i will go to consumer court or register fir against hdfc & above people. matter is cheating. pl. look the matter immediatly. thanks.
