[Resolved]  Personal Loan — intimation to bank guys not to harass me

This is to inform you that I have taken personnel loan from HDFC BANK . My loan account no is 13945679, Name- Bhabatosh Mukherjee, Plot No- E/B-562, Badagada Brit Colony, Bhubaneswar,Odisha ,Pin-751018,Mob[protected]. Loan Amount-Rs 115000/-,Tenure- 48 months, EMI-Rs 3318/-
I have cleared 47 Emis in time, and 48th EmI falls in this month. You can check that first 24 months I have cleared it from bank through ECS and next 23 EMI I have paid cash payment within 30 days. The reason for payment of 23 Emis in cash was whenever I kept cash in account, it would get credited in form of AQB(as my salary account was converted into normal account). Secondly , no information I got from bank regarding conversion of salary account to normal account.
Now this month is my last month’s EMI and I want to settle this account for a sum of Rs 6000/-.(1 EMI and penal charges) And I will pay that amount in next month dated 20.11.2012, I had an accident . Second I m switching my current job to another job. So in this month I have no money.
But your guys were irritating him frequently and harassing me and threatening me continously.
I am suffering from high blood pressure and the accident also affects me severely.
I request u please give some time i.e 20.11.2012, I will pay all the dues and please communicate with ur guys not to disturb me and harasse me.
