[Resolved]  Personal Loans — Wrong commitment

I had 30 installments to repay the loan with an emi of 870rs and on 23rd installment amount was not debited from my account till 25th of the month, eventhough my date of emi was 05th...A bounce charge was reflected to my loan amount and i promised to clear it by end of loan... But without any consent on my 28th installment amount debited twice in same month... It charged me 300rs by the bank as cheque bounce.. Now it shown i had to pay 2 cheque bounce charges of Rs 500 to pay additional without my error..I contacted Mr Jinesh at your front office when i cleared the bounced amount through cash on july and he had promised me verbally that he will take care of the bounced charges and will provide NOC at the end of 2009. I speak to his boss too when delayed for NOC from company..The reply was to just wait to open an another month to clear this..

Still I had not recieved any NOC from company and now saying to clear any of the bounce charges to get waiver of another..

Hope i will get the waiver as my case is genuine, and i never break any installments...
