Respected Sir, Subject: My PPf Cheque no.628975 of Rs.29, 316/- of State Bank of India is Return. Reference: Registered PPF No MH/48439/23416 The above mentioned cheque of my PPf Refund was received from your Surat branch office and presented in my S.B Account no Kotak Bank A/c no [protected] for clearance of dated 3/02/2010.,but my painful surprise the said cheque dishonored by your bank with and endorsement “Cheque Already Present” After receiving the return memo I immediately I inquired about the dishonored cheque at your Surat branch office but they didn’t gave any satisfactory reply. Now please issue me a new fresh cheque with interest. I am expecting a prompt action on this matter Thanking you Sir Yours faithfully Date: (Rizwan Modi). STATE BANK & PF — PF CHEQUE

I AM WORKING A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY AT SILIGURI. ON 25TH APRIL'09 I REGISNED THAT COMPANY FOR BETTER PROSPECT. COMPANY SETTLED ALL MY DUES & SUBMITTED PF CLAIM ON JULY'09. PF DEPARTMENT SILIGURI SETTLED MY CLAIM ON AUGUST'09 & ISSUE TWO NUMBERS CHEQUE ON 25/8/09 FOR RS.39921IN CHEQUE NO.33746 ANOTHER RS.93696 IN CHEUQUE NO.10225 ON SBI SILIGURI MAIN BRANCH. AS PER PF DEPARTMENT EQUIRY THEY SEND THE CHEQUE TO SBI NAIHATI BRANCH IN MY ACCOUNT THROUGH SPEED POST NO.EW[protected]IN ON 28/8/09 & SBI RECEIVED THE SPEED POST ON 04/09/09.

SBI NAIHATI BRANCH CREDITED RS.39921/- ON 14/9/09 BUT THE SECOND CHEQUE TILL UNCREDITED. AS PER BANK OFFICIAL VERSION THEY ARE NOT RECEIVED THE CHEQUE.
SEVERAL TIMES I TALK BANK OFFICIAL & PF OFFICIAL BUT THEY ARE REPLY NOT SATISFIED ME.

IN THIS SITUATION I WANT YOUR KIND HELP TO THIS MATTER.

PF DEPARTMENT — PF CHEQUE BOUNCED & NOT CLEARED

Dear Sir/ Madam,

PF A/c no.DL/32000/9651

My PF chq was sent to my bank (ICICI) where i was having my a/c. The chq is of State Bank Of India, Nehru place New Delhi. The most harrasing thing is that bank has put this chq in clearing 3 times & all the 3 times this chq was bounced. The reason given by the clearing bank was that ''THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY ADVICE FROM PF DEPTT. REGARDING THIS CHQ.SO THEY CAN'T PAY THIS''
Due to this error the chq which should have been paid 4 months backs is still unpaid & i am facing trouble beacuse the chq is lying with me unpaid & it will expire in 2 months.

The details of the chq. are as given below-

2) Chq Date[protected][protected].06.2009
3) Chq of A/c No.[protected][protected][protected] (State Bank Of India, New Delhi)
4) Payee Name[protected][protected]SHAGUFTA MEHBOOB A/C NO.[protected], ICICI BANK LTD.A.D. TOWER, BANK ROAD, GORAKHPUR.

Request you to pls help me out by resolving this issue at your earliest.
