Myself manish h. patel I was working for the Planet Retail Holding Pvt. Ltd. As a sels staff for Surat City store. I applied for pf withdrawal for last 1 years but still I am waiting for pf money. I want to know how many days process will be taken. Atleast give me information about my application status

This is Shashi Sharma, have joined a MNC ( Iss facility Services ) company in July 2006 and regined in Oct 07. I have submitted my P.F. Form ( P.F. No. is MH/43924/8820 )in my H.R Department. They had sumbitted my P.F. Form in P.F. Office dt 30.05.08 but still i not getting any response from P.F.office (Charkop ) as per knowledgement received from company. From last 02 week i am trying of find it but get ( -ve ) response from P.F. department.
I have spent so many petty cash for calling again to again in P.F. Department.
Requested that please advise me on this or Resolve it. I will be very thankful to you.

I worked with I Process India Ltd at UTTAR PRADESH IN BAREILLY LOCAION IN ICICI BANK TW LOAN DEPT as a SR. ASSOCIATE, i had resigned on 31 December 2007 and i had completed my resignation formalities on the same day. I received my PF papers attested from i-process in the MONTH OF 10 JUL -2008.My Pf Number is MH/47808/2725 and my Emp Number is C02820.

I forwarded all the papers to the PF Department, Kandivali Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Plot no: 222, sector no:3, Charkop Market, Charkop Poisar Road, Kandivali(West) Mumbai-400 457 on 10-¬JUL- 2008 through The SPEED POST (NUMBER –EU[protected]IN) .The SPEED POST had been delivered AFTER THREE DAYS ( Checked with POST OFFICE).

On 10 SEP 2008 .I called PF department number[protected]Mr. T.K Singh – Regional PF Commissioner). Mr. Singh gave me[protected] and asked me to call there and check the status. When I called the second number, the staff over there gave me[protected]. When I called the 3rd number once again I got a new number[protected], which they told that it is an enquiry number. But, the enquiry number is not in use. I tried checking my status on the PF website. But, it is showing as Your Claim Not Yet Received.

I tried to get some help from i-Process. The same happened there also. Just the call is been forwarded from one to another and no one is ready to sort this out even there. Just my STD charges are been rising.

Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

i worked with i-process services at Delhi office as a team leader.i had resigned on 25 june 2006 and also completed all my resignation formalities.i received all my pf papers from i-process and forwarded the same to the pf office in Mumbai pf office.i also received a letter from pf office with flowing details:

But till date amount has not been credited in my account.I called Mumbai pf office9bhavishya nidhi bhawan Bandra, Maharashtra-400051) several times but got no response.I tried to get some help from i-process also but same happened here also.

I Process Service (India)Pvt Ltd. — epf Claim Not received

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my EPF withdrawl form to the Mumbai Malad office on 2 July 2008. Its almost going to be 2 months. Still i have not got the settlement as well as any intimation from the EPF office in Mumbai. I have sent a support question using the contact us form in www.epfindia.nic.in many times. I never got any response from them.

My PF number is : 47808/2728

The Status is showing of my claim is Form 19 and form 10C Under Process Your Claim is received on 02/07/2008 and is being processed. Kindly Try after 30 days from Submission.
After 80 days going i have not receive my claim.
Kindly do something ...waiting of your positive reply

This is Gargy Ganguly Would like to launch a complain against Max New York life insurance Co Ltd Regarding The Non acceptance and Refund of premium issue of polici within Free Look Period option.
This is for your kind information that I have applied for two policies (1)polici no[protected]polici no[protected] which has been received by me as on 27.08.2008 though the polici has been inforced long back and after receiving it as on 27 aug 08, due to some urgent financial crunch I have requested Max New York Life Customer Servce Team On their Toll Free Customer Service Helpdesk also Wrote a mail to entire customer support team stated the problem of mine and mentioned that I would like to go for the Free Look Option Mentioned on their polici Bonds For Surrender of both the policies and opt for the refund of 1st premium given to them.
After intimating them I have been verbally told to max customer Support team to deposit both the polici bonds along with hard copy of my cancellation request letter to their kolkata GO-2 office which I have done as on 10 September 2008 which is within the free look period only because as per free look norms it will start effecting from the date when client receive the polici till 15 days after receiving it, and also received the acceptance fro their customer support team.
After Depositing the polici bond with refund request letter and mails the problem got started when I have received several calls by Mr.Aman Khanna (Operation Manager Customer Service Team Delhi)& Mr. Nitin Grover (Customer ServicesMax New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd.Operation Center, Plot No. - 90 ASector -18 Udyog Bihar Delhi Gurgaon-122002 Ph[protected]Where I have been told that though I haven’t deposited the polici bonds within free look so I won’t get any refund from them when I have specifically told them that I have deposited the bonds within free look only because I have received the polici bonds as on 27.08.08 and surrendered it to Kolkata general office as on 10.09.08 as as per their norms only free look period will get started from the day when client receive the polici not when the polici got inforced and as per the rules I have deposited both the polici bonds within that particular date.In this regards I also have got bothering calls from Mr.Khanna denying all the clarification given in this regards and also got misbehaved over the phone by him from his contact no which is Ph[protected].After this incident also I have mailed across to Max New York Life Customer Support Team Several times and also clarified the same but they denied all the claims which I believe breech of contract as per consumer forum laws.
