same here. i have never seen such a mean company.i asked so may people who have been worked for iprocess, but not even a single person got his settlement so far.they are just playing with ous.i worked ICICI bank throush this agency at banara hills branch road no 1 and resigned on 23rd sept 2009 and still waiting for my settlement.if i try to call them simpally they say "it's in process" this is the only responce i got so far...

Dear Sir,

I worked with I Process India Ltd at Mumbai as a Team Member, i had resigned on 24 Aug. 2009 and my relievind date is 15th Sept.2009.I received my PF papers attested from i-process in the end of November-2009.My Pf A/C Number is MH/47808/27970 and my Emp Number is C32639.

I forwarded all the papers to the I Process Odffice Acme Plaza, 7th Floor, unit # 707-708, Andheri-kurla Road, Andheri(E), Mumbai -59.

I have received my final settlement cheque in Nov.2009. But yet I am not getting my pf settlement claim now almost 6 months has completing.I want to know how many days process will be taken.

Hi,

I worked with a a company named I-Process in Chennai (TN), I Joined in the organisation Jan_08 & i left that company in OCT _08 and couriered my form and documents to EPF office kandivali, Mumbai in July_09.

I was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone(now the office phone no is out of service).

I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.

My PF no is MH/47808/22327.

Please look into matter.

But till now I have not got any response from the PF dept.I have also tried several times to contact over in the given telephone nos of RPFC but no one is responding the call.I am now too much harashed and its now upon you to resolve my PF claim issue.

Same is the case with me.
I'm an ex-employee of ICICI BANK, Recovery dept sec 9 chd.I worked on rolls of iprocess and left organisation on 2nd jan'09 and applied for refund of my provident fund in March'09 through the office of Iprocess located at Sector 34, Chandigarh.Thereafter i was told that i-process office has closed its branch in Chandigarh.I started following the New Delhi branch.After eight months of struggle on 26th january2010 i somehow managed to find out that some documents are pending from my side.
I completed all the pending formalities and send the documents on 07/03/2010 through registered post.The reciept of same was comfirmed through telephonic communication with Mr Radha Krishan.He told me that my docs will soon be processed and now I've to follow the HR SERVICES.He gave me landline no.[protected]

But since that day I use to call upon the above mentioned no. almost everyday but no one ever answered.The phone was probably incidently picked up by Madam Deepika in April2010 who told me that my case is under processing and will be resolved within maximum time of 15days.Till today no one in the HR DEPARTMENT ever picked up my phone again. The worse thing on their part is that I have put several reminders through email and I've never got a single reply.It seems that they do not bother about the pending cases or probably the department has lost my file.If it is so they should atleast inform the concerned person who is waiting for their replies.
Kindly advise.

I have forwarde all the papers to the PF Department, Kandivali Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan, Plot no: 222, sector no:3, Charkop Market, Charkop Poisar Road, Kandivali(West) Mumbai-400 457 on Feb 2008 through The registerd A D. Its almost 2 year but i have not received any revert from the PF office, even i resend the xerox copy of complete set along with a letter to Pf office in May 2009, but all in vain till time neither received any amount or revert from the PF office.

Initially i found my claim under process but now am not being able to view the same as the estibalishment no has been changed.

Request you to pls look in to the matter and do the needful.ASAP...

PF CLAIM
Dear Sir,

I worked with I Process India Ltd at Chennai as a Credit Officer, i had resigned on 20/08/2009 and i had completed my resignation formalities on the same day. I received my PF papers attested from i-process in the end of 10/12/2009 .My Pf Number is MH/47808/12099 and my Emp Number is C13177


I called PF department number[protected]Mr. sharma– Regional PF Commissioner). Mr. Sharma gave me[protected] and asked me to call there and check the status. When I called the second number, the staff over there gave me[protected]. When I called the 3rd number once again I got a new number[protected], which they told that it is an enquiry number. But, the enquiry number is not in use. I tried checking my status on the PF website. But, it is showing as Your Claim Not Yet Received.

I tried to get some help from i-Process. The same happened there also. Just the call is been forwarded from one to another and no one is ready to sort this out even there. Just my STD charges are been rising.



Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.
