Dear sir,
this is kawaljeet kaur writting to seek your help in my pf issue. After getting all the papar work done from my company teleperformance india, gurgaon: where i worked for near about 16 months, i submitted my provident fund clearance document to PF office Gurgaon on 23rd sept 08. the reciept says that if caim is not settled with in 30 days pls contact the authorities of the pf ofice, gurgaon..i am trying pf ofice no.(same which is mentioned on the reciept) on regular basis from past 25 days and not getting any response as nobody picks my call, nothing has been credited to my account.
therefore i request you to look into the matter .

Dear Sir,

My issue is PF, i used to work in Sparsh BPO Services arount 11 months, My EMP code was 31339 and date of Joining was 31-Aug-06, after i left i have done all the paper work. and i got the reply that i will get the PF in 3-6 months.
After this i was calling again and again in Sparsh, there is one person Vinod. he is in account department, he told me that they have already forwarded my form to PF office in Gurgaon, and can't do anything.
He has given me a no. of Vandana in Mumbai (From PF office), i call her regularly, she told me that i will get that in 1 month. And one day she told me that she didn't get my PF form, so i sent once again. and not more than 1 year has passed, still she didn't give me the proper answer.
On 4-Dec-08, i called her. She was asking my all the details, and at last she disconned the call. I was very angry, i have spent more than 1000 rupees on phone calls, but still i didn't get my PF.

So kindly help me out...

I was an employee of carrier airconditioning co., since 1988 and got
retired in april 2009 end...Carrier airconditioning co., have
forwarded my papers for My Family pension - THERE NO SIGN OF GETTING
ANY INFORMATIONS NOR ANY MONTHLY PENSION/REFUNDS/COMMUTED AMOUTS ETC.,
pls keep me inform about my fpf pension, I HAVE SENT MANY MAILS TO
YOU AS WELL, to carrier airconditioning co., every time i get
information that there are following up hte case file...

MY FOLLWOING QUESTIONS NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED
I am still awaiting progresive information regarding my epf pension,
its refund process etc.,
I am under atmost dark on this, what was my /company contributions for
20 yrs service periods,
what was int eanred for 20 yrs of my service periods, what is the
likely epf 1/3rd comuted amount.
what is the likely amount of m'ly epf pension, what is the amount of
refund for the wrong excess deductions made for the last two yrs
services, and what is going to happend for arrears of fpf from may to
till date till epf finalised, .
when i am going to get all these amounts, from which authorities i am
going to get these benefits,
where the amounts going to be credited whether from epf authorities
from bangalore or from ggn, whether the credits are to direct ECS
credit to my savings accounts with sbi...etc., its
already 6 months to be completed by oct end...why there
is no response from the co., nor thru the consultants in the company
nor from the PF authorities above...

Dear Sir,

I have been working with CliniRx Research Ltd from September 24th 2007 till 10th December 2009. My PF documents were submitted to the Gurgaon office by my company on 29th June 2010 but still I have not received my PF amount. Request you to kindly let me know the status of my PF at the earliest.

Its a sleeping giant, i dont know how it functions, though other PF offices else where in India are found atleast responding. Government should look for centralizing the data and not in hands of the branches who take months and years for a PF claim
