[Resolved]  Pf Office, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar — PF Withdrawal, the application is missing for the last 3 months

I submitted my documents to the PF Office, NOIDA, Gautam Buddh Nagar, to withdraw my money from my last company's PF account. I even got it checked from an official over there if every detail is OK. But now it's 3 months there is no know how of the documents where it has gone to. I when contacted the official in the office, he said it's been returned due to some lackness in the details provided, and that's to my previous company, i.e. SDG Software India Pvt. Ltd., where I am no more present. When I contacted a person in SDG now they told me there is no chance to search for such an older mail.

This kind of slackness is really traumatic. I applied for this when I was in real need for the money. And even in the document it is clearly mentioned that I am a previous employee of the mentioned company. Even my contact No. is provided in the document.

The personnel in the PF Office even have no care for tracking that document and even at one point he said, "Kahin aapka document phans gaya hai. Officer ko khilana padega." Horrible, one has really earned this money how is this possible.

I am Ashok Bisht living in Noida sector-22.My cousin brother ( Prabhakar ) was working in a company at noida sector-57.Three years later he has resigned from the job, without any settlement of PF.four monthes later he was died in an accident at Dehradun in Uttranchal.Kindly suggest how can we withdraw his PF.Your cooperation would be very helpful for his poor parents.

This is Ravi Shankar.I am working with Atira Designs Pvt. Ltd. B-41/42, Sector-60, Noida-201301 (U.P) India. Sir my request is how to receive my PF Slip for Last two years ago. Because I have to not received my PF Silps from Personnel Dept. last 2 yrs.When I asked in my company from personnel dept. That guys told me Receive from PF Office.When I go to the PF Office noida, Sec.-24 then he no given of pf slip and he told me rec. from company.
So pls request to pf office. Pls. send me Closing Balance of Pf amount 1st april 2007 to till date.

Hi, My name is Diwakar.I have worked for a BPO located in NOIDA for 23 months.For withdrawing my PF amount, as guided by the HR of the organisation.I filled up form 19 & 10c with 2 revenue stamps pasted on them, and submitted the same to the HR of the company, after which he told me that the amount would be credited into my bank account within 45 days.
I have submitted the forms to the HR on Feb, 06, 2009, it is now more than 45 days still the amount has not yet been transferred into my bank account.
Moreover I would like to know as to how much amount would be credited into my account as I have'nt received any sort of notification neither from the company, which I was working for nor from the PF Office.I would also like to have some clarifications regarding the PF amount calculation.Suppose if the company is deducting Rs 550 p.m as (Employee's Contribution towards PF), does the company also pays the same amount towards PF per month, which should be equal to Rs 1100 P.M?

Today, I visited EPF Office, Sector-24, Noida.
When I submitted my completed form 19, and form 10C, the officer who was checking all these forms, throw my forms and said. "मैंने तुम्हे दस बार समझाया कि इसके साथ बैंक के पासबुक की फोटोकॉपी लगेगी, बार बार तुम बिना पासबुक कि फोटोकॉपी के साथ आ जाते हो" (I told ten times to bring photocopy of your passbook, but you always come to this place without photocopy of your passbook). When I consulted another officer sitting beside him, he said, "यह कहो कि उसने फदा नहीं, उसे तो तुम्हारा फॉर्म फाड़ देना चाहिए" (He spared you by not torning your form, he shoud have torned your form.). He also challenged me complain where I want to complain. So, I thought I will let you know.

Now I will go to your office within few days with photocopy of my bank passbook. I would be happy if my form would be torned or thrown.

I have one query regarding my PF account. My Name is Rakesh Kumar but my previous orgnaization opened my PF account with Rakesh Sukhija name and I dont use my last name. Now i dont have any account with Rakesh sukhija name so how can i withdrwal my money. do I hv to give any affidavit ? Please tell me the procedure.

its three months when i submitted mty documents in my company Aegis BPO Services Ltd Noida, but i think no satisfactory action taken from the company.
now, you are requested to look in to the matter and also tell me whether i can withdraw this money without the company interfearance.

I have submit my PF form by speed post in 23.Feb.2009 but I could not get money in my bank account. I want to know that I will get my money or not what should I do Please recommend Your suggestion to me
