[Resolved]  Pf Office, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar — PF Withdrawal, the application is missing for the last 3 months

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I was employed with JKT Consulting Ltd., Noida and there was PF was deducted and accumulated with EPFO . My PF A/C no. is UP/44086/68 and I have applied for the withdrawl of the amount in the month of April ' 09 but unfortunately I haven't received the amount credited to my Axis bank account. Please do the needful.

one of my friend face same problem...
a lady officer demanding 2000 Rs. for each application clearance...and saying every officer have a commission...when my friend not agreed for this ...then she took his correct application...and put it in rejected application...
and saying wait for clearance ...

I am working in hcl comnet through a other company known as om scurity&cleaning services from last 15 month but they are not providing us our PF/ESI no they only give us a four digit pf no.3765.

Sir,

I worked in MothersonSumi Infotech and Design Limited (MIND), Noida. After that I worked in NIIT Technologies.


My PF account in NIIT Technologies was DL/33691/004888
My PF accpount number in MothersonSumi InfoTech and Design Limited was UP/MT/28569/894

I submitted my MIND claim in Noida office on 15-March-2009. EPF Noida office had returned my Form19, and Form 10C with some objections. When I contacted MIND again, they told me that I applied for PF withdrawal but it was considered for PF transfer.

"MothersonSumi Infotech and Design Limited (MIND)" told me that NIIT Technology enquired about my PF amount, with reference no 20813823, dated 15th May 2008. So, as per MIND, when I will receive PF from NIIT Technologies, PF of MIND will already be included on that. Though I received PF claim of NIIT Technologies, but it did not include the PF claim of MIND Noida. Status of NIIT Technologies Claim in "http://epfindia.nic.in" website shows, "Form 19 Settled with receipt number 19050159."

So, please let me know my PF status and what should I do to get my PF claim of MIND Noida. Is MIND Noida claim transferred to my NIIT Technologies PF? If so, how should I get it?
