[Resolved]  Pf Office, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar — PF Withdrawal, the application is missing for the last 3 months

I submitted my documents to the PF Office, NOIDA, Gautam Buddh Nagar, to withdraw my money from my last company's PF account. I even got it checked from an official over there if every detail is OK. But now it's 3 months there is no know how of the documents where it has gone to. I when contacted the official in the office, he said it's been returned due to some lackness in the details provided, and that's to my previous company, i.e. SDG Software India Pvt. Ltd., where I am no more present. When I contacted a person in SDG now they told me there is no chance to search for such an older mail.

This kind of slackness is really traumatic. I applied for this when I was in real need for the money. And even in the document it is clearly mentioned that I am a previous employee of the mentioned company. Even my contact No. is provided in the document.

The personnel in the PF Office even have no care for tracking that document and even at one point he said, "Kahin aapka document phans gaya hai. Officer ko khilana padega." Horrible, one has really earned this money how is this possible.

I'm Sumit Babu, worked with I Services India Pvt. Ltd. for 3 years ago, and here my PF A/C No. is UP/32369/1754, I was resigned for that job since Nov'2008 having passed 1 year with that Company. Now I wants to withdrawn my PF A/c from that, and Wants my money back.


What's the procedure for that?????

I have submitted in Noida office PF Withdral form, I am enquiring after one month then they asked me EMPCode and PF number, i have disclosed both things but they are saying no record is here.

I have made a claim against my PF A/C No.UP/32128/141 and I deposited the required form to Reg.PF Office, Sub-Accounts Office, through United Concepts & Solution Pvt Ltd.(UNICOS). Noida (U.P.)(from where I left the job) for final settlement of my PF on[protected] but till date my money have not transfer in my account, .so pls. take some action my mail ID is [protected]@yahoo.co.in

Dear mam/sir i had submitted date 04.06.10. my documents to the PF Office, NOIDA, Gautam Buddh Nagar, to withdraw my money from my last company's PF account. before 12 months but now till date my money have not transfer in my account, many times trying to contact in pf office noida but they are not agree to talk me about my pf form detail, and please tell me sir what may i do.

my service time was since 2002 to 2008 .I have some pay slip of 2002 to 2008.but my company is fill up my service time in form 2005 to 2008 .

u mother tumhari maa bahen mai he choodoo ga mother kam kar lo mera pf clkear kar do 2 saal ho gai . tumhari biwi ki chut mai hatti ka lund dal dunga.

Yes, I am facing same issue.
I am also from SDG, one of the Person his name is Ravi Shankar and many other people is with him taking bribe for widrawing my own money.

I have filied claim agains my PF AC NO. UP/44380/95 and deposited the required documents in Registered PF Office NOIDA. It is almost now three months that my PF amount has not been transferred in my account. Please help me?
