[Resolved]  Pf Office — PF transfer amount not settled to current account

Hi Sir/Madam,

I am a ex-employer of Cognizant Technology solution, bangalore and I moved out of Cognizant on June 15th 2010 and joined in IBM.

When I Joined in IBM, I have requested my PF(TN/MS/31309/054661) transfer from Cognizant Technology Solutions to current employer (IBM) (IBM - PY/KRP/0019214/000/0123726).

Last month I have registered in Grievance portal and logged the complaint for the Cognizant PF status, got the below response.

This is with reference to your Grievance registered vide Registration Number RCHEN/E/2013/04452.

It is informed that your grievance is being treated as non-actionable due to the following reason(s):

An amount of Rs.99,524/- was sent through NEFT for crediting into the members account number PY/KRP/19214/123726 and the same was credited on 24.05.2011.

Last week I went to K.R.Puram PF office Bangalore and checked whether the NEFT amount 99,524 is credited to my current PF account number PY/KRP/19214/123726 on 24.05.2011

PF officer has confirmed that the amount is not credited in the current PF PY/KRP/19214/123726.

So please help in getting amount back to the current account since it is almost two years completed that the NEFT transaction was happend.
