PF Office/ — PF Credit Issue

Hi !!!!

This is regarding the credit of my PF amount. I was working with Wipro Ltd & I left the company on 11 Nov,2009. After completion of all the formalities with the company regarding FNF, I submitted my pf documents in March. Normally it takes 2 months for the PF Amount to be credited to your account, but I havent received my PF amount till date. Its been more than 3 months now, & I'm still waiting for my PF. I enquired wipro's PF Helpdesk. They provided me a number for PF dept, but in vain. I searched for the PF Office numbers on the internet. I tried to call various departments in PF Office (South Delhi Region) ::

1) Enquiry Dept : [protected]
2) R.P.F.C (II) dept : Shri Suraj Sharma[protected],27376462
3) R.P.F.C (I) dept : Shri M.S.Kalia[protected], 27377153

But no one either picked up the phone or was engaged after few rings.
I also wrote an E-mail at : ro.delhi.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in
but got no response even from there.

I'm in a deep trouble & dont know how to get rid of this situation. Please Help.

My ppo number for Kolhapur PF office is PUKOL00125569 I have done online life certificate and sent by mail. Till today i have not got confirmation of the same and my pension is not released.

I have submitted all my documents for PF to my employer in May 2012 & they claim to have submitted the same to the PF office. however I have not received my claims till date. The status says the claim has been rejected. But I do not have any update either from my employer or from PF office. Where & whom should I contact for my claims???

PENSION — NON RECEIPT OF PENSION

DEAR SIRS,

I HAVE SUBMITTED FORM F-10 DULY FILLED IN WITH COMPLETE ENCLOSURES AS PER REQUIREMENT ON 29/2/2008. I HAVE COMPLETED 58 YEARS ON 21/3/2008.

THE FORM IS SUBMITTED TO THE REGIONAL P.F.COMMISSIONER, KANDIVILI, MUMBAI. MY P.F.NO. MH/9104/2007. MY NAME IS PHILOIMNA LOBO. WHY SO MUCH DELAY TO GET MY OWN MONEY. I HAVE PAID SO MANY VISITS, WHY THIS DELAY. HOW DOES ONE EXPECT A WOMAN OF 59 YEARS TO RUN AFTER THE AUTHORITIES AND HOW LONG HAVE TO WAIT.

Dear Sir,

I served NDMC for 29 years before I got retired in Jan.2005. I was employed by the corporation in Civil Engineering depptt. in Sarojini Nagar. I opened an account in SBI in Faizabad (U.P.). in this way I got my pension transferred into that account since my retirement.

Everything was fine until April, 2008 when all of a sudden my pension was stopped without any prior intimation and reason. I contacted SBI Faizabad and NDMC both, but nowhere had I got my issue resolved. On 9th Sep.2008, I got the SBI Faizabad account closed and opened a new account in SBI main branch in New Delhi hoping that i will not have to run 600km on every now and then to get this problem resolved. Anyhow, my pension issue got resolved and I was assured that I will be getting pension in SBI main branch account at regular interval of time.

As a retired person from Govt. service i am also eligible for VIth pay commission. When I found my pension not credited with effect of VIth pay commission, then i brought this thing in the knowledge of SBI main branch on 26th Dec.2008. They asked me to contact SBI Faizabad then at special request from my side; they wrote a letter to SBI Faizabad asking if any arrears pending in my account. Till today (23rd Feb.2009) I am waiting for response from any of the branches. Neither I got the arrears of IVth pay commission nor has my pension been revised as per this new pay commission.

I wanted to bring this into your column hoping to get any favorable response.

i would like to inform you that, my pf claim form has been submitted on 28.05.2011 by my ex-company. online epfo claim status site shows YOUR FORM HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON 28.05.2011. Still shows same. as well as register in the grievance they are also not updating. whenever i login site show UNDER EXAMINATION AT OUR LEVEL.

My PF no. is MHBAN[protected]. form 19 and 10c has been submitted on 28.05.2011. still online status shows FORM HAS BEEN RECEIVED UNDER PROCESS. also i have registered in pf greivance ROBND/E/2011/09910 on 4th aug 2011 last saturday ie 08.10.2011 reced mail from them mentioned that my is in initiator level. almost it's going to complete 5 month.

i left my previous company on 19 th sep 2008, I applied for my PF withdrawal on 19 Dec 2008. I was told that i would get my PF in 45 days. It is already 75 days since i applied, i have not yet got it.
Please tell me what i should do.

PF Office — PF Not received

I had worked with a company called Motech Software from 1st Nov 2004 to 18th Oct 2006. When I left the company I had asked them to transfer my PF amount to my new company account. But since then nothing has happened. They say that they have sent the documents and details to PF office but when I try to contact the PF office at Kandivili, they never respond. Most of the time their phone is out of service.

Re PF Account No. MH/9104-C/17 with PF office, Kandivli, Mumbai-400067: I have left my services on 08.12.03 and I have already received remittance of Rs.85,782/- towards part settlement of P.F. accumulations but I am still to get my balance payment and family pension payment. I am vigorously following up with this organization for the last 7 years personally and have written numerous letters to them.

As I am in urgent need of money for my daughter’s education, I humbly request yourself to help me in getting my dues at the earliest possible time.

I have applied for PF withdrawal in the month of Sep '10. I have received the SMS to my mobile that PF has been settled and cheque has been sent to ICICI bank Santhome Branch Chennai on Feb 8th 2011. But I have not yet received PF amount. If I go to PF office they are telling it'll be credited March 1st week. But till now(april 6) I have not received money yet. If I go to PF office again, there is no proper response. I would request you to pls look this matter on priority.

Dear Sir / Madam,
I have transfer my PF from Baroda based company PF account to Vapi based company PF account. Baroda office was sent a total amount cheque to Vapi office but Vapi office has not credited upto 2 yrs in my Vapi based company account.
In month of April I have received my PF account slip with only Vapi based company PF fund. So, I have inofrmed to Vapi office that my transfer amount is not credited at your end and Baroda office has sent cheque in Sep 2004, and same intimation copy is with me.

Aslo I have given application with for transfer my PF from Vapi based company to baroda based PF exempted company with filled form befor 18 months. when I have checked with Vapi PF office they told that your transfer form is not received at our end. Then I hjave filled new form and submit at Vapi office. Then after long time they have credit my earlier amount in my Vapi based company account. but then after they have not transfer my PF amount to my baroda based PF exempted company since last 2 months. whenever I ask for status of my transfer they told that it is under process.
I do not understand that how many days they will take for transfer my PF amount.
Based on my experience I tild to my collouges and also my relatives that whenever you will change a company pls withdraw your PF don't transfer becz PF office employee will not transfer easily.
Also from these experience We will not trust on goverment PF offices becz for transfer purpose we have to weight for 1-2 yrs then after our expiry they will not pay our PF amount to nomine.

It seems only God can help in such matters, no any response inspite of repeated letters, no result, no hope ?

Till date my PF amount is not transfer.
So, pls do the needful.

My self chetan sane i have one confusion in deduction of provident fund e.g. my basics salary is 7500.00 + other Allowances & etc. in case of my mater my company dedicated my P.F on basis of as per Provident fund limit i.e. 6500.00 is Rs. 780.00, but one month my self on leave 2 or three days my employer dedicated my P.F contribution also it is true.
