myself Veera prasad mine PF no MH/210578/06

i'applied for PF on 29 March 2010 almost 9

months completed i haven't received the amount

when i went to collect the details about

Mumbai EPFO, RO, Kandivli PF office there was

no response from lower authority to higher

authority finally by arguing that i need mine

PF amount details then i got a response by

saying that there was an mistake in u r

do irresponsibly work like this

.........already we have waited for almost 1

year i dont know if i apply again on 25 NOV

2010 BUT i dont know will i get mine PF amount

or not i m in doubted because i have seen so

many people wondering daily since 1 years and

more to get there PF amount mine amount is

less but what about others.........pls take

legal action about this i hope will solve this

problem as soon as possible.

I have made a claim against my PF (KN/BN/26455/316) which was first accepted by the EPFO on 24th March-2010, however i didnt get any update till September and the numbers provided are not respondent at any time, and finally when my office people contacted they were told the form was lost.. and again i re submitted on the 14th September-2010, and still do not have any update. Its been more than 10 months i have left the company and i have no clue on the withdrawal status.

I would really appreciate if some one can please take it up and resolve this at the earliest

Dear Sir/Madam

I am Kamalkishor Nihate worked previously for ICFAI National College. My PF Nos are:

1) AP/HY/56966/01369
2) AP/16939/03602
3) AP/16939-A/02875

I have submitted my PF claim forms on 30/06/2009 to HR office of my Employer and they forwarded the PF claim form to the following office on 16th September 2009.

The Regional PF Commissioner,
Andhra Pradesh,
Barkatpura,
Hyderabad

I was told that PF settlement will normally be after 45 days from the date of submission of forms to PF office. Now it is nearly 3 months over, but I haven't received any note on my PF claim so far.

I would be greatful, if you could let me know the status of my PF settlement.

I am an ex-employee of Oracle Financial Solutions formerly known as Iflex Solutions. I had applied for my PF withdrawal on 5th Feb 2009 via Hewitt Outsourcing Services. Now after 10 months also I have not received my PF amount in my account. The details of the account were given in the withdrawal form only. I have been sending e-mails to the email id 'sro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in' as was suggested by Hewitt Outsourcing Services but there have been no replies and no action taken till now. I have been trying the enquiry numbers[protected] &[protected] and they are always either busy or not working. Till now I could not reach anybody in the office.
The website http://www.epfindia.nic.in/indiaepf/loginnew.aspx gives false information as it is not updated. The email id for EPF grievances 'acc.[protected]@epfinida.gov.in' as mentioned in the site does not exist. Please help me in getting my PF money.

MAIL [protected]@rediffmail. but till date i am not get any single reply again this all mails and they are very much slow in there posses my pf cheq already dispatched from pf office but yet not credit in my account and i already send bank acknowledgment letter as per Pf office requirement for pf office conformation that they don't receive my cheq. i already send fax bank acknowledgment letter to pf office before three days ago...........


kindly do the needful as soon as possible.........

I worked for Covansys Chennai during 2002-03 and now i applied for my PF Closure with PF Number TN/30027/4322 during the month of May'08 with my Hyderabad address. Now i shifted to Chennai. I don't know how i have to get my PF in my present address. please help me on this.
