I have applied for my PF withdrawal on 28th Aug 2008. So far I have not received any amount. It is already almost 3 and half months over. After I left the company, I applied for PF withdrawal after the completion of 2 months.

I have applied for my PF withdrawal on 11th Nov 2007. So far I have not received any amount. It is already almost 1 and half years over. After I left the company, I applied for PF withdrawal after the completion of 1 and half years and again i went and gave complaint of authorization on 07/01/2009 and they told that we settle the amount with in ten days after ten days and i went to ask the amount they are telling check we will send it to to the bank. after 2 days i asked them what about the about the amount they are telling we will send.

This is Santanu Kundu working with Techmahindra Ltd, Pune having Current Existing PF
account - MH/PUN/34224/14352. Had submitted proper form(FORM 13) for transfering my previous Company's PF account KN/BN/19966/462 with this existing account on 5th October 2006, means its over 2.5 years.
I asked my previous company they mentioned that the file came there with there office and
they had despatchaed to Bangalore RPF office.
I have submitted
this PF transfer for on 5th October 2006, means its over 2 years i don't have

Hi, MY cousin expired 2 yrs back and infosys company has submitted the documents for getting the family Pension to the nominee, his father. They submitted all the documents in June 2008 and till now the file hasnt moved at all.

My brother who was working with M/s GE Power Pvt. Ltd. During his service he expired about 3 years back. After 2 months of death we had applied for withdrawal of PF amount and Pension to his wife two minor children. His PF a/c No.KN/BN/23845/0034. PF office is informing us that they have to get some transfer froms from Salem PF Office. Since three years we are running to pillar to post and nothing is moved. Since the widow and children are purely depending on this as they do not have any source of income.

Kindly look into this issue and settle the same immediately.

When called in jan'09 they said it would be settled in Feb'09, again called in March'09 as nothing happend and they said it would be done by the end of March'09, Now it is end of April and nothing has happend.

I wonder even if anyone is looking into these list of complaints!!! if yes.. i request to you kindly help at the earliest.

If any one can suggest what needs to be done or whom to contact to solve this issue it would be of a great help.
