PF amount not received

I have applied for my PF withdrawal on 19th Apr 20011. But I have not received the settlement yet. It is about three months. I was working in Sarayu SoftechPvt Ltd and PF closure was applied through company.

My PF Account no is KN/46160/078

I've submitted the Pf withdrawl forms 19and 10C after 7 months of leaving my previous organisation. My PF code no is KN/ 34989 and PF a/c no is 113. I've got an acknowledgement for the forms on 9th july 2009. I was informed that it takes 45 days for the claims settlement but...
