My Pf Number 24164/702 and i submitted my Pf allication on 09.12.2009 but till date not received the amount

I have submitted PF withdrawl on 09 Dec 09 along with Notary certificate as requested by PF Office. Yet to receive any confirmation or money from PF office.

My PF number is KN/34257/55

On my previous submission i got reply from PF Office after 2 months from the date of submission stating that PF Office needs for Notary Certificate. On providing notary certificate yet to receive the money which is already 18 Feb 2010. I dont know the reason for not receiving the amount yet from PF Office.

I have sbmitted pf withdrawal form in FEb end along with my cousin Mr.RAVI G he got sttelment yesturday in corp bank. but mine is not credited. we enquired in PRO they told that cheque is already sent on 29.04.2010 through ECS but till today ammount not credited. I have not received the pf amt since 1yr, i lodge a complaint in epfindia .com no is DELSO/E/2010/02904,shri gautham dixit,Ph no is[protected],27377789,27377790.they have cut the chqs but not credited to my account ,i called first they said that, to send ASR Form then i have send it again now they are telling that they want money of rs1500/-just to reissue the chqs that is only 10 minutes job that is not any offical charges and they are telling it will take 3months time.

Currently I am working in Mphasis Pvt Limited, MY PF Account No is : KN/16573/61514. I have raised request through Mphasis for transfer my OLD PF account to current PF account. My old PF account is :MH/BAN/45665/89030 when I was in Accenture. As of Now accenture Copany is telling they have sent all the necessary transfered things to Bommanhalli PF office for further processing. Even If I have done RTI for this metter I got to know From CPIO(Central Public Information Officer) my old PF account has been transfered to Bommanhalli Office. Please let me know the status of account transfer.

Could you please let me know belw Query also:

1) Whether my OLD PF has transfered or not? If yes is it tagged to my NEW PF account or not?
2) What is the amount transfered from my OLD PF account to NEW PF account.

I wanted to inform you that I resigned from Confident Group after completion of all the procedures, and I left from the company on June 2012. It is already passed 10 months, where I haven't got my PF yet. After completion of 2 months from relieving, the HR department has submitted the PF forms 4 times and it got rejected with different reasons all the time. Again the HR department has taken a fresh cancelled cheque and form from me to re-submit it, and when I tracked there is no application submitted.
