I and my all family members are always using your products of Philips from childhood to till now.but at present i am not satisfied beacause last year on 31 august 2008 i purchased your vardaan 20'' colour tv from POOJA ENTERPRICESS NAKA HINDOLA LUCKNOW
I request you to check and repair or replace the T V set which has been purchased by me on 31st Aug 2008 vardaan 20'' colour tv from POOJA ENTERPRICESS NAKA HINDOLA LUCKNOW The said set is showing various defect in performance.I am sorry to say that no attention has been paid to my telephonic complain to your dealer.

I brought philps tv 6 months(54 cm flat tv), Remote is not at all working and having sound problem.i called and mail to philp service centre .When i called they told they will send the executive but till now nobody came and see the tv
