I bought a bluetooth handsfree device one month ago, the next day only it found to be defective. I'd took that to the shop from where i bought it. The shop owner refused to take it back and replace it, but he asked me to go for Phlips service center for servicing of the device. I'd gone there, explaining my problem, they said me that the device is not servicable and you need to replace it from the shop from where you bought it. The shop owner now refusing to replace it. I paid Rs. 1887 for the device, which of no use to me. Was this information helpful? |
