[Resolved] Philips / DVDFWD596 — poor service | |
hi, This is prakash from bangalore, last 15 days i had a problem with my dvd mini hifi sytem, so i took it to the nearest philips service station to rectify the problem, as he examinied and the person in charge said that it could be the problem with some lense (opd -some component)and he promised me, that it will be done with in 3 days, after i go on the third day, he said that he didn't get the component which will be done by the next week, so i was little pissed off by this and i said him clearly that i cant keep coming oftenly for this, and then he said that they didn't get the component, but he promised me to give it after 2 days, but when i went today the condition is pathetic, its untouched , and the engineer response is so worst , he's not even bothered to explain what is wrong, and how it can be sorted, but the person in charge has promised me that he will be giving it to me by today, am totally very unhappy by the service center people, its really poor service i have ever seen ,, Was this information helpful? | |
