[Resolved]  Philips / Electric Shaver — Philips service center

Hi Sir,

I purchase the Philips saver machine cast of 3196.00/Rs. It was 2 years warranty period,
I purchase it on April 2009, after 1year Shaver and trimmer both function was not working properly. Finally I decided to go Philips service center Anna Nagar Chennai at April-2011 before warranty period, and put my complaint; they registered my complaint and committed me that they will replace this machine within 10 days.

I went to that service center more then 10 times, but every time they gave only commitment "come for Saturday or Monday", I don’t know how many Mondays or Saturdays I went to that shop, but still I am not getting my machine.

I am much freshened for this happens and I don’t know what I should do for that.

Philips shaver — warranty claim

I have given my shaver to company service center on 4th December 2010 they told me that this cannot be repaired. Since it is yet in warranty period i will replace it but they are postponing it indefinitely an its been more than 2 months now and i have not got my shaver. please help me get my shaver.

I had purchased Philips Pro Skin Trimmer before 7 months, It is not functioning properly, even after changing new battery, some times it is working and some times it is not working. I want to buy philips earphones with maximum warranty.There is no information provided about warranty in philips.co.in and product information given on various e-commerce sites vary.So, please update product information on your site.
