[Resolved] Philips Home Theater, HTS3090 / 98 — No Response | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased the above system during Nov 06. It started giving trouble about 2 months back. We contacted Philips & one person visited on 28May 08 & serviced it. Charged Rs.350 for it. But the problem persisted, on contacting, Philips requested us to handover the system for servicing. We gave it on 13Jun08. Afterwards, we have followedup till today (10Jul). At least 10 times we calledup, wrote from internet 3 times, but no proper response. One gentleman (may be a senior person) about 3 days back called us & said, he will set it right next morning. But no use of it. The service center Pacific Electronics in Ganganagar, Bangalore is having the system with them. I am afraid that, the system is being mishandled.
