[Resolved]  Philips India HD LCD TV — No service was given by Dealer (Radhika Sales Pimpri) and Service Center (Multi Service owned by Pandurang)

I bought Phillips 25inch Full HD LCD from Radhika Sale in December 2010.

After 3 months there was problem in speakers and it is sounding very pathetic. I have complained to Radhika in month of March 2011 and till now my problem is not solved.

Phillips Service Centre Multi Service told me that hey do not have speaker and they have ordered the same from Singapore and they are keep on extending the dates and telling me that company doesn’t have stocks of speakers.

If Phillips doesn’t have stock of spare parts then why they are selling their product and giving warranty /guarantee on it.

Please don’t buy Phillips LCD Tv

If my problem doesn’t get solve in 2-3 working days. I will take some other serious action against them.
