[Resolved]  Philips India — Philips LCD model 3205 Not repaired even after month

I Manish Matani Called upon Philips Service point situated at 44-45 MTH compound Indore on dt 14 Aug 2013 and engineer visited on next day and collected LCD for repairing purpose no acknowledgenment given against such pick up from home and complaint no M[protected] which was not provided to me earlier and after several requests same provided to me by service point after 20 days for reference purpose and as confirmed by service point incharge Mr sharma there is some issue with power board which need to be replaced and will take time of one week and they need to order for same to their pune office but till date as on[protected] situation is same and i have not received my LCD back and dont know the status whether i will get back my LCD. I have spoken to the service center owner Sharma([protected]) and landline no[protected] and they committed 20th Aug-13 and then 25th Aug and when again on 1st Sep-13 and when no update received to me I called to Sharma ji and he said he will receive the replacement part from pune till 5th sep-13 and again he committed a date which is 7 sep-13 But history repeats itself again I have not received any update and now sharma ji is not answering to the call then I called @ customer care but they were not able to provide me any update and saying that given complaint no is not found in their record As it is so hard to get the seniors which are good for nothing Today is 14th Sep-13 no one has approached me and and even i am not aware what they people have done with my LCD I am calling every day to sharma ji for last 30 days to get back my LCD Need your help to get this sorted out and to take me out of these mental harassment.
