[Resolved]  Philips Juicer Mixer Grinder From Spencers Lucknow — JMG not working since bought

sir
myself sommya singh from lucknow. i bought a JMG of philips company from spencers retail gomtinagar lucknow on 30/12/07. since the day i bought it has not worked properly even once. i also got went to spencers to lodge complaint but they said it is companies responsibilty. then i even got it repaired and again it is not working properly. in my view i have been handed over by defaulted machine by spencers. i wud like to have a new machine in its replacement.
