[Resolved] Philips — irresponsible and poor service

I had given my SP 090 5.1 Home theatre System for service in Mastercare electronics.They took 1 and a half months,still they told its not yet ready and will call me back if it is ready.I went there the next day,they made me wait more than 1 hour and gave me the product.But they HAD DAMAGED the WOODEN CASE and told me that they would replace it for me in 1 week. 2 weeks have passed,they SAY that there is no Stock in the Kochi for this part.Till now IT's not replaced

Phillips — display is gone

i just came from us n i have purchase "phillips go gear mp 3 player" the problem is the display is gone i cannot hear any music from it plz help me out waiting for ur reply

Phillips — irresponsibility

i purchased a home theatre system 1 year ago . i kept it unopened and when opened it it was not working properly . i called the phillips people , they came to see the problem . they asked me to get the lens replaced . I payed rs 2500 and got the lens changed . and now it is again giving problem.i again called them and they again said get it replaced for 2500. this is highly irresponsible on the part of philips . such a reputed company and giving trouble to their customers. this is highly irresponsible and very bad. i would like to get my problem solved as soon as possible or this system is going to consumer forum.

sir, Sir i buy a philips grinder. but this instruments is always not working. i complain too many time but this company is not give me my mob no-[protected].
