Hi,

I would need your help. its been more than 8-10 days when i've been following up with Philips and Service Centre (Khan) & Area Manager (Manish). However, they are still not able to provide any solutions. My Product (LCD) is just an year old still i am facing problem.I've been trying to get my product repaied but I am not getting any positive reponse from Philips team..

I feel like buying Philips product was my wrong decision. Can you please help me in this...

I have noted that the inverter plate for my Philips LCD will be arranged by 29th Dec’12 Saturday & the same day my LCD problem will be fixed.



Hope there will be no further delays as I am waiting since long.

Hello All,



This is Suruchi & this is regarding the problem I am facing with my Philips LCD Which we have bought on March 2011.



My complaint number is PGUR[protected].



I started to face a problem recently with my Philips LCD TV, when though there was sound but no picture. I lodged a complaint with Philips customer care. A technician came on 22nd Dec’12, he wanted us to send it to the service centre.



We have visited your service centre in Gurgaon on Saturday 22nd Dec’12.



There your engineer gives us the different statements ,he advised that they need to change the monitor as display is not working , after our few questions (like than why the sound is clear ) he advised that the inverter plate of LCD needs to change & after our approval to change the inverter plate they have ordered that inverter plate & advised us that they will received it on Monday 24th Dec’12.



Today Monday 24th Dec’12 I called & asked for the inverter plate status the service centre executive advised me that this part is not available in the allover India inventory hence we need to change the whole back panel.



I don’t want to hear any excuse , I want to repair my LCD immediately within today i.e. Monday 24th Dec’12 else I will take legal action against Philips.



As per the guideline the warranty of electronic items are 7 years.



I have my LG & Sony LCD from last 2 years & we have not faced even a single issue till date.



I want to repair my LCD immediately



Please reply urgently.

LCD — not working

sir I am Mr Brajesh Sharma purchased an LCD tv of lg company after few weeks i started facing problem in the tv 1 time it has been repaired the tv is creating the same problem again & again now when i have called to their coustumer care they talk with me in rude manner & for last 10 days the tv set is like a waste for me they are not showing any response i launched my complaint on 24 june my ph no. is [protected]
Due to this problem iam suffering from mental harasment
