[Resolved]  Philips / MP3, VCD Music System, Fwv 220 — authorised philips service centre cannot repair even after 4 months

My music system FWV 220 was not able to properly read the CDs. Tape recorders and FM radio were playing fine. I deposited the system for servicing to an authorised philips service centre called AKNIT INFOTECH, 6 K, B.T. Road, Kolkata-700002 on 13.09.08 for repair. Within three days they called me up and informed me that the service charges will be Rs 2600/- and I gave consent to it. Since then the system is lying with them. They do not bother to inform about any development. I have contacted them over phone for more than eight times. Everytime they say that they will make delivery next week. For the first 3 months they said that they are not having a particular IC for which they had made requisition to philips. Now they are saying that they have received the IC but some ather parts are required, which they dont have at present. The work order no. is 30546 and call type is PG W/S. I want to lodge official complaint with philips regarding this authorised centre. Please provide me the tel. no. or email id. Thanks.
