Philips — No service | |||
Hi, I bought a new LED 3D from e-zone Bangalore last month. When I opened the box I found that button which is attached with TV is not working as it was showed at e-zone. Then I called the customer care and they said that our executive will call you in 24 hours, after 48 hours I again called that customer care and they told me to call Amaresh([protected]) for that and when he came on next day. At that time I was not at my house and my wife attend him and he told that it is working as expected but after that I came to house and I have seen that we have to press the button so hard then only it will work but it should be touch screen. Then again I called him and he said I can not come now you have to again call to customer care and have to raise a complain then only he will come and on the same day I again register that complain on 11 OCT but still nobody is came and more simperingly I am keep calling Nagabushan([protected]) from last one month fro the demo but he also never visit my house and if I call him he will say that he is having lots of calls so he is not able to come.. I am really pissed of with the service for the Philips and I suggest to all that not to buy any thing of Philips, they have very bad service and service man, infect the customer care employees also will not talk properly because I asked they to write the complain for that guys but they cut my call.
