Philips — Not Resolving customer problems | |||
I have purchased LED TV of Philips from Pantaloon Retail (India) Limited, Rajarhat, Kolkata on 29.10.2012. After 3 months (approx) on 30.01.2013 my TV stopped working due to some technical problem. After that on 31.01.2013, I have given a call to the customer care o Philips and filed a complaint. After that on 02.02.2013 one of the technical person from there side came and told that the PCB board is not working and have to change PCB board, he also told that currently the PCB board is out of stock and they cant confirm that when the TV will repair. After that almost 15 days have passed and no response I am getting from Philips. Every time I use to call there customer care and the they are taking the matter very casually. They are cheating the customers and not taking any measures to resolve customer complaints. Was this information helpful? | |||
