[Resolved] Philips Pure Water Care (Model No. - WP3990) — Worst or no Customer Service | |||
I bought Philips Pure Water care (model no. - WP3990). The filter has been blocked since one week. I have called customer care and local service center several times. Every time they assure me that their representative will visit within 24 hours but even after more than 1 week no body has visited to change filter. Today when i called service center they replied very coldly that they do not have filter in stock so if I can arrange any filter from local market then they will send their people to fix it. First of all, if they do not have filter in stock then why it was not communicated before? Why every time they promised that they will send their people within 24 hours. And it is disgusting and such a disgrace to Philips that they do not have stock and they do not care for their customers. Worst after sales service I ever experienced with Philips. We have been consuming packaged drinking water for more than 1 week. I won't suggest anybody to buy product from a company which is based on the pillars of lies. Was this information helpful? | |||
