Dear Sir I HAD PURCHASED PHILIPS AUDIO SYSTEM FROM RAIPUR ONBILL NO 6538 DATED 2/5/2002 HAVING INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY NO. EARLIER ON MANY OCCASSION I HAD TO SEND FOR REPAIR THE SET BUT THE COMPLAINT DIDNT GOT RESOLVED INSTEAD OF PAYING HUGE SERVICE CHARGES FOR THE SAME . philips had registered my complaint but has not been attainded till date,details are as under: COMPLAINT NO:636156 COMPLAINT RECEIVER.Mr Tausif DATE OF COMPLAINT:6TH August 2010 Time of COMPLAINT:1.51 PM PHILIPS HAD PROMISSED THAT WITHIN 48 HRS SOME ONE WILL ATTEND MY COMPLAINT BUT I WAS SHOCKED BY LACKLUSTURE ATTITUDE OF COMPLAINT CELL .PHILIPS IS requested to kindly replace my system with same model or some other model as the piece was defaulty.
